【摘要】 随着我国经济的持续高速发展、人们生活水平的不断提高和人们消费理念的巨大变化,引起社会成员群体性的流动而逐步形成了客流高峰期。本论文针对这种客流高峰期的特殊情况,对高峰期旅客运输组织进行了详细地论述。论文完成的工作如下: 本文首先简单阐述了高峰期旅客运输组织的一些基本概念,包括高峰期的主要客流构成、客流特点、客流出行特性以及旅客运输组织的基本任务等; 其次详细论述了高峰期的旅客运输组织和机车车辆运用管理。包括高峰期客运组织的组织领导、主要职责、措施、合理性研究、临客乘务管理、调度指挥、施工组织以及机车的质量、运用和乘务管理,车辆的运用质量要求、临客车辆资源和车底使用,然后给出了经济合理使用机车车辆的措施; 再次对高峰期旅客运输的应急方案、票务管理、安全管理等进行了概要分析; 分析了大型客运站以及旅游景点所在站高峰期的旅客运输组织,并提出了相应的解决措施。 最后提出了在高峰期组织旅客运输,应建立起客运服务系统,以及介绍了客运服务系统所包含的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mass flow of society member step by step comes into being passenger-flow rush hours by the sustaining and fast development of our economy, the ceaseless advance of living standard and the huge of consumption concept. This article in detail discusses passenger transportation organization between passenger-flow rush hours aiming at the unique feature. The main content of the article is shown below:First of all , the article simply expounds some basic conception of passenger transportation organization on rush hours , includes the primary passenger-flow structure , passenger-flow characteristic and the basic assignment;Secondly, the article disserts on passenger transportation organization and rolling stock operation control on rush hours , includes the organization guidance , the primary responsibility, measures, rationality research, the temporary train management, dispatch control, construction organization of passenger transportation organization on rush hours and quality, operation and management of the locomotive, operation quality requirements, the temporary passenger coach resource and the coach’ s use of vehicle, then gives out the measure on economical and reasonable using rolling stock;Thirdly , the article simply analyzes the emergency procedures , the ticket management , security management of passenger transportation organization on rush hours-,Fourthly, the article analyzes on passenger organization of large-scale passenger station and tour station between passenger-flow rush hours , and puts forward the relevant solving measure.Finally, the article presents that we should establish passenger transport service system between passenger-flow rush hours, and introduces the contents of this system.更多还原
