【摘要】 铁路客运专线是一种新型客运交通工具,它具有速度快,服务质量高,运能大,环境影响小等优势,同时也具有路网密度低等不利条件。在整个客运交通系统中,它与航空和高速公路相比,各具优劣。航空拥有长途的速度优势,高速公路具有方便性等特点,因此对它们进行比较尤为重要。 宏观经济和自然环境是交通方式的优势得以发挥的基础,特定的宏观环境选择相应的交通方式。在对宏观环境进行分析的时候,探讨了经济环境、技术、人口总数以及环境能源等问题对铁路客运专线发展的影响,并认为我国经济的增长、人口总数的巨大、能源问题的突出和人均资源的贫乏,以及环境问题的压力有利于铁路客运专线发展,而消费者多样化选择的需求不利于铁路客运专线。 交通运输行业的竞争结构影响铁路客运专线的战略选择。此文通过对行业内竞争结构的分析,探讨了现有客运交通系统对铁路客运专线的影响。通过对铁路客运专线与普通铁路客运线路的比较,得出普通铁路客运系统与铁路客运专线相比,缺乏竞争优势的结论,同时考虑到航空、高速公路两种客运交通运输在速度上与铁路客运具有可比性,因此将航空和高速公路作为铁路客运专线的主要竞争者。航空、高速公路和铁路客运专线各自具有不同的特点,难以直接量化。借助层次分析法,将指标的权重进行量化,并得到交通运输竞争能力评价指标。在竞争能力指标体系的基础上,对几种交通运输方式的竞争特点进行评价。接着,利用SWOT分析方法,综合考虑宏观环境分析、行业分析以及交通工具的竞争优劣比较结果,对铁路客运专线战略选择进行了探讨。 SWOT分析表明,交通线路的选择对铁路客运专线发挥竞争优势影响巨大,本文利用计量经济学的离散选择模型,将铁路客运专线与城市地点直接联系起来,建立了线路选择评价模犁,并对现有的线路进行评价,为线路的选择提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Special passenger railway is a new means of transportation introduced by rail department to strengthen the competitiveness in passenger market, which has some advantages such as high speed, high service quality and huge transport capacity and some disadvantages of low road net. Its main competitors are speedway and aviation, and aviation has speed advantage, speedway is more flexible. Thereby, it’s very important to compare their competitiveness.Macro-economy and natural environment are the basic factor, which impact the effect of the communication means, so special condition chooses correspond transportation mean. In this chapter, there is some analysis about these factors such as the growth of the economy, residents’ incomes, environment and energy sources, which have positive influence on special passenger railway, and some negative factors such as diversification of demands. Through analysis, the result that special passenger railway go with our conditions is obtained.In this chapter, there is some analysis on the structure of the passenger transportation to find some influence on special passenger railway. Then I compare the competitive advantages of the some main transportation means to approach their preponderant markets.In the final chapter, it’ s necessary to use SWOT method to gain the strategy alternative of special passenger railway. Because the strategy alternative of special passenger railway is closely related to sites, so this chapter uses discrete choice alternative model to gain the approach to make an optimized site alternative to strengthen the advantage of the strategy alternation of special passenger railway.更多还原
