【摘要】 近年来,我国物流业发展势头强劲,随着物流知识普及工作的基本完成,各地、各部门纷纷加大投资力度,掀起了新建、改建物流中心的热潮。总的来说,区域性物流中心在我国还是一个比较新的事物,尚处于起步阶段,有关区域性物流中心的运作和管理方面的研究还很少,没有更多的实践经验可供参考,加之相关的理论体系还不完善,因此在规划设计方面还有很多不足。由于物流中心的建设耗资巨大,存在一定的投资风险,为了保证建设的科学性、合理性,有必要对物流中心的规划与设计作进一步的研究。正是在这样的背景下,论文从国内外现状出发,并借鉴先进的理论,对区域性物流中心进行了相应研究。 本文主要介绍了国内外物流发展的趋势,指出了我国物流业发展面临的机遇和挑战以及我国物流发展的走向。在对牡丹江地区经济发展概况进行了详细介绍的基础上,从物流与当地经济发展的关系中阐述了现代物流在经济发展中的地位和作用,着重强调了现代物流在牡丹江地区经济发展的地位。并结合牡丹江地区的基础条件,对牡丹江发展现代物流业所具备的区位优势、交通优势、资源优势、物流供给能力、较强的市场需求进行了客观评价,论正了牡丹江建立区域性物流中心的政策可行性。明确了建立区域性物流中心的定位原则、总体目标、工作思路,提出了具有较强针对性的具体措施。 最后,对全文进行了总结,并对今后研究的工作做出了展望。更多还原
