PDM在协同设计系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 协同设计指一个产品开发团队,在计算机通信网络提供的协同支持环境下,以工作目标为核心,并行、协同地设计产品的过程。协同设计对缩短产品的开发周期,提高产品质量,降低设计成本,增强企业的核心竞争力具有重要的意义,它已经成为国内外学者和企业研究的一个热点。 产品数据管理PDM是企业各个部门之间信息沟通的桥梁,具有管理和控制企业产品数据信息,缩短产品的设计制造周期,提高产品质量,降低成本等强大功能,受到国内外大中型企业的广泛重视。 本文分析了PDM系统中的工作流过程管理和数据版本管理的基本功能,结合某省级水利勘察设计院协同设计系统的实施,对支持协同设计的产品数据管理的关键技术进行了深入系统的研究,并探讨了将PDM中的工作流技术和版本管理技术运用于协同设计系统中的方法,进而建成一个基于J2EE的协同设计环境。本文完成的主要研究工作如下: ● 论文对协同设计中的产品数据管理的功能需求进行了系统的分析和研究,对PDM中的关键技术进行了分析,在此基础上提出了基于PDM的协同设计系统体系结构。 ● 针对目前协同设计中的工作流程,结合PDM中的工作流管理技术,提出了支持协同设计的工作流管理模型,在实现中,引入了相关的设计模式,通过试验实现了工作流执行服务中的工作流引擎的核心部分。 ● 分析了某省级水利院协同设计中的数据版本管理的特点,结合PDM中的数据的版本管理,利用有向无循环图的版本管理模型,在版本信息的设计上提出了一种版本号变迁的方式,灵活地解决了版本号的升级和对产品实体数据的管理。 ● 从面向对象分析与设计的角度,利用统一建模语言UML对协同设计系统中的工作流管理和版本管理部分建模,将业务逻辑封装在EJB中,并将系统建立在J2EE的体系架构之上。

【Abstract】 Cooperative design is a process in which a design team designs a product simultaneously, taking aim at a team work, and with the aid of a distributive collaborative environment of computer communication network. It can greatly shorten cycle of design and manufacture of a product, improve the quality of products, reduce production costs, improve service, and enhance the competition ability of enterprises. Cooperative design has become research spot among researchers and enterprises.Product data management(PDM) technique is a bridge of information communication among departments in an enterprise. By managing and controlling data information of products efficiently, PDM can shorten the cycle of design and manufacture, improve the quality and reduce the cost of products, such that PDM technique has been received special attention by enterprises.Based on the project of cooperative design management system of a research institute, this paper begins with the analysis of the basic functions of PDM and its application method for the workflow management and data products version management. And then, the key techniques of PDM supporting cooperative design and the method of workflow techniques and version management in PDM are discussed. A environment of cooperative design based on J2EE is constructed. The following aspects are involved in the thesis:· This thesis analyzes and researches on the function demand and key techniques of PDM in cooperative design system, presents a system structure of cooperative design based on PDM.· This thesis put forward a model of workflow management of cooperative design system based on PDM. During the process of practice, we imported relevant design patterns, and carried out the kernel of workflow engine in the service of workflow execution.· For the data version management based on PDM, this thesis analyzes the characteristic of data version management in the project, constructs a model of version management based on DAG, and put forward a new method for version transition which can solve the upgrade of data version and make efficient management of product data.· This thesis constructs a model of the system with UML, encapsulate the business logic in EJB and realizes the system based on J2EE.
