【摘要】 安全是铁路运输的永远主题,随着我国铁路的发展,列车运行速度越来越快,行车密度越来越大,铁路运输系统中所蕴涵的不安全因素也越来越多,事故所造成的损失也大大增加。借鉴国内外铁路的先进经验手段,结合昆明局山区铁路的实际情况,建立集规范安全管理和行车安全监控为一体的行车安全监控预警系统成为昆明局当务之急。 本文以较为全面的系统分析为基础,着重分析了建立昆明局安全监控预警系统的系统设计原则、功能需求、总体方案等内容,并在该方案的指导下,按分步实施的原则,完成了人员防控模块——昆明局安全管理信息系统建设实施工作,取得了较好的使用效果,证明了该方案在理论上是可行的,具有很强的可操作性。 本文从分析影响行车安全监控预警系统结构的因素入手,详细介绍了系统的网络结构、应用软件的功能设计、应用平台的选择、系统安全性设计,着重介绍了系统总体方案三大构建部分,即监控板块、预警板块、人员防控板块的构成,提出了预警分析及决策支持的系统模式,并从理论性和可行性上进行了探讨,为安全的“防患于未然”提供了可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Safety is the theme of railway for ever, with the development of china railway , the velocity of train is faster and faster , and the density of train is larger and larger , and the danger of railway transportation is more and more , so the accident losing is much increasing . Using the advanced technology and method from native and abroad for reference, integrating Kunming Railway Administration which it is a mountainous area, it is the key for Kunming Railway Administration to set up the safety monitoring and foretelling system which it combines the standardized management with transportation monitoring.This thesis is based on system analysis , and mainly analyze design principle function requirement, system integrity project ,and so on. Under steering of the project, following the gradual carry-out principle, it seted up the personnel management module-Kunming Railway Administration safety management information .This system obtained good effect during it use . It certificated that this project is feasible in theory and maneuverability in carry-out procedure.This thesis introduced system structure application function design application flat choice system safety design in detail , especially three module structure of system project , namely monitoring .foretelling, personnel management .It advanced the system model of foretelling analysis and decision supporting, and discuss in theory and feasibility , it provided the probability for nip in the bud of safety .更多还原
