基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的联锁控制器设计与实现

【摘要】 车站铁路信号联锁系统是铁路信号领域的重要控制系统之一。当前广泛使用的是电气联锁系统又称为继电联锁系统。但随着目前计算机技术的迅猛发展,计算机联锁系统正在逐步取代传统的电气联锁系统,成为车站联锁的发展方向。 现行的计算机联锁系统中,有些将联锁运算程序和其他(如站场界面)置于同一计算机中,有些将联锁运算程序置于下位机(如工业控制机、PLC等)。这些计算机联锁系统,可能存在联锁运算机构负担重,成本太高,可靠性、安全性等不高等缺点。 本文研究应用嵌入式系统作为计算机联锁系统中的联锁运算控制器,完成联锁系统中的联锁运算功能的可行性实现原理。并进行了系统结构设计、软件设计及接口设计。 本文经过选型比较,选用三星S3C44BOX芯片(低功耗微处理器,以ARM7TDMI为内核)作为联锁控制器的微处理器,进行了功能扩展,设计了网络接口、电源模块、存储器等,并采用冗余技术,以提高系统的可靠性、安全性。 在软件方面,经过比较,选用μC/OS—Ⅱ实时操作系统和LWIP网络协议栈,开发了控制器驱动程序;实现了以双口RAM作为两个MCU之间进行数据交换,从而实现双机冗余;实现了FLASH文件系统,以便管理控制器系统中的文件等。

【Abstract】 Station Interlocking System is one of the most important systems in railway signalling. Nowadays, Relay Interlocking System is widely used in our country. With the rapid development of computer technology and rising requiring for the Railway Station Signal Control System, Relay Interlocking System is subject to be replaced by Microcomputer Interlocking System. Microcomputer Interlocking System represents the development direction of the Railway Station Interlocking System.But the present Microcomputer Interlocking Systems, some put the interlocking computing program combined with others like station interface into the same computer, some put the interlocking computing program into the hypogynous computer, such as industrial controlled computer and PLC etc. These microcomputer interlocking systems may be heavy-laden, costly and unreliable.In this paper, the embedded system is applied as the interlocking computing controller which realized feasibility realization priciple of the interlocking computing function. And designed the system’ s structure, software’ s structure, interface of the Interlocking Computing Controller.Being selected, the S3C44B0 chip which uses ARM7TDMI as the micro-processor of the interlocking controller is used by the interlocking computing controller. It designed expanding the function by designing the network interface, the power module and the storage etc and redundancy technology in order to improve the reliability and security of system of the Interlocking Computing Controller.In aspect of software, being selected, the driver of controller has been developed by migrating the μC/OS -II RTOS and LWIP protocol stack, to be realized the data exchange between two MCU with
