刚架系杆拱拱墩结点变位对结构内力影响的研究

【摘要】 由于刚架系杆拱桥降低了对基础的要求,使得拱桥的使用范围从山区扩大到了平原和城市,并向着大跨度、轻型化的方向发展。目前,此类桥型“三位一体”(拱、墩、系杆)关系的研究尚少,因而具有十分重要的意义。 本文将刚架系杆拱假设为连拱结构,借用连拱理论,解析了刚架系杆拱桥拱墩结点的变位和拱、墩、系杆的内力关系,并求解了其内力影响线方程。通过有限元数值解的对比分析,论证了本文基本假设的正确性和合理性,并初步研究了拱、墩、系杆的刚度参数对“三位一体”关系的影响。由于连拱计算已编制了计算表,因而刚架系杆拱的内力计算可实现查表计算,便于实际工程的运用。 本文基于有限元软件(ANSYS),针对复杂的施工过程模型分析,提出桥梁数组建模技术,简化了“三位一体”关系在桥梁结构分析中的模拟。本文在初步研究系杆张拉控制的基础上,总结了系杆张拉控制的原则和优化方法。 本文研究成果已运用到实际工程项目中,并取得良好效果。
【Abstract】 For rigid—frame tied arch bridge reducing the requirement of foundation, the applicable range of arch bridge is expanded from mountain area to plain area and cities. The development of this type bridge is aimed at long-span and light-weight. At present time, the trinity study ( arch, pier and tie-bar) of this type bridge is insufficient, so the study has great significance.By changing rigid—frame tied arch bridge into multiple arch bridge, this paper analyzes the relationship of the displacement of arch-pier connection and inner force of arch, pier and tie-bar with the theory of multiple arch, and gets the influence lines of rigid—frame tied arch bridge. Comparing with numerical value of finite-element method, this paper demonstrates the reasonableness of assumptions, and studies the influence of trinity relationship take stiffness ration of arch, pier and tie-bar into account . For multiple arch calculation applying schedule method, rigid—frame tied arch can be calculated by look-up table also, this makes it easy to practical apply in engineering.Base on finite element analytical software (ANSYS), this paper puts forward a bridge modeling technology using array method which directs toward the model analysis of construction process, and simplify simulate the interaction relationship of arch , pier and tie-bar, this paper preliminary studies the control of stretching tie-bar in construction process and generalizes the principle and optimization of stretching tie-bar.The research has been applied in project item, and gets good effect.
