机电式自动开伞器控制系统研究

【摘要】 在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,人们对战斗机安全性的要求越来越高。传统的机械式自动开伞器普遍存在着机构复杂、体积大、零件通用性差、速度一时间控制精度低且控制规律调整困难等缺点,这迫使我们研究更加安全、可靠的机电式自动开伞器。随着计算机控制技术的不断发展和步进电动机控制技术的广泛应用,我们对机电式自动开伞器的控制系统进行了一些有益的研究。本文创造性地提出了用80C31 单片机控制二相混合式步进电动机,根据飞机飞行速度对自动开伞器的开伞延时时间适时进行调整的机电式自动开伞器总体设计方案。本文从步进电动机的原理结构入手,建立了二相混合式步进电动机的通用数学模型,在此基础上对二相混合式步进电动机的主要性能进行了仿真和测试,并对开环控制数控系统中步进电机拖动系统的速度控制问题进行了深入的探讨,最后对机电式自动开伞器的控制系统进行了详细的设计。按照本文提出的方案制造出的机电式自动开伞器原理样机,经测试其各项性能指标均满足设计要求。本研究成果有效地提高了自动开伞器的速度一时间控制精度,大幅度地提高了自动开伞器的制造柔性,具有明显的军事、经济效益。
【Abstract】 Today is the day of development of science and technology,people may have so many requirements for the safety of the fighter. The conventional mechanical automatic parachute opener exists a lot of weakness. For example,it ’s mechanical configuration is very complicated, it’s physical dimension is bigger,it’s spare parts can’t be in general use,it’s speed-time control accuracy is lower and it’s control regulation is hard to be adjusted etc. All these weaknesses force us to explore more safe and dependable automatic parachute opener. Along with the development of micro-control technique and the extensive application of stepping motor, we proceeded some beneficial exploratory work in applying stepping motor in the automatic parachute opener. First,the general design project of the electromechanical automatic parachute opener is introduced that use a Single Chip Micyoco to control a 2-phase hybrid stepping motor to accommodate time-lapse time of the electromechanical automatic parachute opener according as aero airspeed. This article begins from the principles of 2-phase hybrid stepping motor, set up the universal mathematical model of stepping motor dragging system in the openning wreath control system. On this basis,we proceeded the emulational run and test to the main function of the stepping motor in the electromechanical automatic parachute opener. Through the study of the function of stepping motor in the electromechanical automatic parachute opener, We discover the fact that along with the increasing of the control pulse frequency, the speed of stepping motor is increased, but the electromechanical torque is debased.For exerting the characteristics of stepping motor dragging system in the openning wreath control system,such as responding rapidly and fixing position accurate,we must control the speed of stepping motor. Then, the principles of variable speed control of stepping motor in the openning wreath control system is detailedly analysed.
