【摘要】 随着国际经济一体化的迅猛发展和国际竞争的日益激烈,跨国公司正逐渐成为推动世界经济全球化的主体。技术上的垄断优势一直都是跨国公司成长和发展的关键因素,因此,研究与发展(R&D)投资往往是跨国公司投资的重心所在。自从20 世纪90 年代以来,跨国公司的研究与开发呈现出国际化的趋势,跨国公司R&D 战略联盟的形式在世界许多高科技领域得到了开展。在这股R&D 国际化的潮流中,中国正受着巨大的冲击和影响,众多世界著名跨国公司相继在中国设立联合研发机构,并与我国的科研机构、高校等合作,设立R&D 战略联盟来开展跨国合作研发活动。面对跨国公司这种发展的新态势,本文从跨国公司R&D 战略联盟发展的特征入手,对其进行了理论分析,探讨了研发联盟发展的效应,重点分析了跨国公司在华设立R&D 战略联盟的影响,并对中国政府和企业提出了建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of technology transmission and fiercecompetition MNF are facing, the function of R&D is also beingglobalized gradually. At the same time the emphasis of overseas R&Dactivity has turned from supporting overseas production to makingpurer technology renovation, to being more involved in the cooperationwith local R&D organization.During this international trend of R&D, China has been undergoinggreat impact. More and more world-famous MNF establish R&Dinstitutions in China or cooperate with China’s scientific institutions oruniversities by building up R&D strategic alliance. Facing this newsituation of TNCS’ development, what China should do becomes thefocus of this paper.This paper gives the main representation of MNF R&Dglobalization. We give the concept of technology alliance, analysis ofthe development, reason, motive of technology alliance, and we alsoanalyze the cost, risk and utility of technology alliance.Part one gives the concept and the development of technologyalliance. In this part, it gives the concept of technology alliance, andexpounds the background and development of technology alliance, andgives causal explanation in technology alliance, such as for the goal oftechnology research, for the goal of enter a peculiar market, for the goalof acquire core technology capability of other corporation and so on.Part two analyzes the academic explanation of corporationtechnology alliance.
