黄花蒿育种系青蒿素含量动态变异的研究

【摘要】 本研究以应用系谱选择法经过单株选择优中选优得到的黄花蒿C、J、G、Q四个系统23个株系(即育种系)为供试材料,对各育种系的生物学特征进行描述,比较了各育种系青蒿素含量及其动态变异,并对其形态性状和青蒿素含量的稳定性进行评价,另外还对与青蒿素含量相关的因素进行研究。得到以下结论: 通过逐年选择得到的各育种系在形态性状上也表现出较大的一致性,出苗整齐,苗期特征相似,生育期基本一致,株型和叶型特点相似。 黄花蒿植株太高不利于青蒿素的积累;茎秆颜色越深,含量越高;主茎与第一级分枝夹角和对茎叶夹角大小与青蒿素含量呈负相关;节间距与青蒿素的含量呈正相关;叶绿素与青蒿素含量呈负相关。 各育种系间,青蒿素含量差异较大,育种系内部也有一定差异。但通过逐年选择,较高含量单株在整体中所占的比例逐年增加,育种系平均含量也在逐年提高和稳定。 各育种系根据系统来源不同差异比较明显,J系统株系平均含量(0.622%)比其他三个系统要高,而Q系统最低(0.456%),C系统(0.533%)和G系统(0.520%)的含量居中。 2004年通过选择得到的较优株系有:J-5、J-2、GX-14、J-1、C-6、C-2这些株系相对其他株系有较高的青蒿素含量,变异系数小,株系内单株间形态特征一致。对这些株系进行进一步选择,可获得高青蒿素含量(≥10‰)的栽培品种。

【Abstract】 23 lines was used in this research . Each line’s biologic character has been described and the difference of Arteannuin content and its dynamic variance in different breeding lines have be compared, then the stability of morphological character and Arteannuin content of those breeding lines. The research also stuied on the correlative actors with Arteannuin content.By the way of selection breeding, individual in each breeding line has show the same charater in both morphological character and growth duration.The plant of Artemisia annua L.with great height has low Arteannuin content. Plants with purple stem, big knot spacing, narrow included angle and low Chorophyll content have high Arteannuin content.Between and inner breeding lines,Arteannuin content changes in wide range. By pedigree method,high-quality individual was selected each year,the percentage of high Arteannuin content plant increased year by year,so did the average Arteannuin content of Artemisia annua L breeding lines.Arteannuin content also varied base on the origin .Family J has the higher average Arteannuin content (0.622%)then other three family and Family Q has the lowest Arteannuin content (0.456%), Family C (0.533%)and Family G (0.520%)are in the middle place.S excellent lines were gained by selection breeding in 2004, they are lines of J-5、 J-2、 GX-14、 J-1、 C-6 and C-2. These lines have relatively high Arteannuin content and small variance coefficient, besides morphological character is almost the same between the individuals of the same breeding line.High- Arteannuin content-Artemisia annua L. cultivar(≥10‰) would be gained by further reserch.
