反刍动物常用精饲料淀粉降解动力学研究
Study on Kinetics of Starch Degradability of Common Used Feed for Ruminants

【摘要】 本试验以3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的去势浏阳黑山羊为实验动物,利用瘤胃尼龙袋法测定三类(谷物类饲料、块根类饲料、豆类饲料)16种反刍动物常用精饲料干物质、淀粉瘤胃降解率及其过瘤胃淀粉率。旨在了解淀粉降解的动力学特性,并建立常用精饲料淀粉降解率及过瘤胃淀粉率数据库,为反刍动物精料补充料的合理配制提供技术参数。 试验结果表明:随着样品在瘤胃里培养时间的增加,谷物类、块根类饲料的干物质降解率和淀粉降解率随之表现出不同程度的增加,而豆类饲料降解率却表现出一定的波动性。 在本试验条件下,所测定饲料淀粉有效降解率:谷物类中以大麦最高,达97.05%,小米最小为36.43%,其它的分别为小麦96.28%、玉米55.37%、大米45.23%、荞麦44.10%、高粱42.58%,大米、高粱和荞麦之间及大麦与小麦之间差异不显著(P>0.05),小米和玉米分别与其它6种饲料之间差异显著(P<0.05);块根类中蕉藕59.01%,芋头56.10%、红薯54.86%、土豆37.99%、木薯25.31%,红薯、蕉藕和芋头三者之间差异不显著(P>0.05),与木薯、土豆之间差异显著(P<0.05)。豆类中以黄豆淀粉降解率最高,达到99.01%,其余分别为黑豆97.80%、豌豆85.07%、蚕豆53.64%,黑豆与黄豆之间差异不显著(P>0.05),与蚕豆、豌豆之间差异显著(P<0.05)。 七种谷物类饲料的过瘤胃淀粉率:大米>玉米>小米>高粱>大麦>荞麦>小麦,分别为38.23%、37.82%、37.51%、15.13%、10.38%、9.77%、9.28%,大米、玉米和小米三者差异不显著(P>0.05),高粱、大麦、荞麦和小麦四者差异不显著(P>0.05);五种块根饲料的过瘤胃淀粉率:木薯>红薯>土豆>芋头>蕉藕,分别为44.05%、21.81%、13.21%、11.26%、8.53%,木薯与红薯间差异不显著(P>0.05),土豆、芋头和蕉藕之间差异不显著(P>0.05);四种豆类饲料的过瘤胃淀粉率:蚕豆>豌豆>黑豆>黄豆,分别为17.08%、12.7%、11.45%、10.35%,四者之间差异都不显著(P>0.05)。 本试验证实饲料的主要营养成分及干物质降解率与饲料淀粉降解率存在很强的相关性,得到多元回归方程:Y=3.5+2.1x1-0.88x2,根据此公式用DMP(x1),DM36P(x2),可以较好地预测出谷物饲料淀粉的有效降解率Starch P。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to measure the dry matter degradability,starch degradability and rumen bypass starch rate of three varieties feedstuffs (cereal feed, tuber feed, legume feed ) for three liu-yang black goats fitted with rumen cannulas by nylon bags technique. The aim of this study was to know about Kinetics of Starch degradability rate of Common used-feed for Ruminants, to gain the basic data for rumen starch degradability rate and rumen bypass starch in Common used-feed and provid some technology parameters for concentration feed .The results showed that dry matter degradability and Starch degradability rates of cereal,tuber feed have much increase with the incubation time growing ,while legume feeds have different results.Barley had highest starch degradability rate,while millet showed the lowest ,they were 97.05%,36.43% respectively. The starch degradability rates of other cereal feeds were: wheat,96.28%,maize,55.37%,rice,45.23%, buckwheat ,44.10%, sorghum , 42.58% respectively. The difference among rice, sorghum and buckwheat was not significant (P>0.05), the difference between barley and wheat was not significant (P>0.05), and the difference among millet and else six feed was significant (p<0.05),and the same to rice. The starch degradability rates of tuber feed were jiaoou,59.01%, taro,56.10%, sweat potato,54.86, potato,37.99%, tapioca,25.31% respectively. The difference among sweat potato ,jiaoou and taro was not significant (P>0.05),while it was significant(p<0.05) among potato,tapioca. The starch degradability rates of legume feed were soy, 99.01%,black soyabean, 97.80%, pea,85.07%,bean, 53.64% respectively. The difference between black soyabean and soy was not significant (P>0.05), which among bean ,pea was significant(p<0.05).The sequence of the rumen bypass starch rates in cereal feeds were rice , 38.23%,maize,37.82%,millet,37.51%,sorghum,15.13%,barley,10.38% ,buckwheat,9.7 7% ,wheat ,9.28% respectively. The difference among rice, maize and millet was not significant (P>0.05),The difference among sorghum, barely, buckwheat and wheat was not significant (P>0.05).
