谷物清选风车运动学和动力学特性研究及参数优化

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外关于谷物清选机械的研究动态和发展概况,确定了谷物清选风车的设计方案。 通过大量试验测定提供了与谷物清选有关的谷物形态参数、物理机械特性参数及其空气动力学特性参数。在此基础上进行了对振动筛的运动分析,筛面上谷物的运动及受力分析。利用Visual Basic 6.0软件对机构的工作参数进行了优选,理论上进行了合理性验算。依据谷物的特性合理选择了筛面结构和筛面的组合形式,分析确定了筛孔直径和其它结构参数。谷物通过振动筛进入气流场后,研究了谷物在气流流场中的动力学及运动学特性,建立了谷物在流场中的运动微分方程,并利用VB软件对工作性能参数进行了优化选择。通过VB程序运行结果,分析了单因素对物料运动轨迹和分离距离和影响,得出了影响清选效果的主次因素,从而确定风选机构的工作性能参数、结构尺寸。 本课题在对谷物各种特性充分研究的基础上,合理地分析了谷物在筛面上和气流中的运动过程,对影响谷物运动的各因素进行了分析研究,选择了谷物清选风车的主要工作参数,优化了结构尺寸,对电动清选风车的开发与研制具有一定的指导意义,并对其它清选装置参数的设计和改进调整具有参考作用。
【Abstract】 The research and development situation of cereal cleaning mechanism at home and abroad were introduced in this thesis. Determined design project of cereal cleaning windmill.Through great experimental research configuration parameters, physical mechanism and aerodynamic characteristics of cereal were measured. On these basic the movement of vibration sieve were analyzed,The movement and the force of cereal on sieve were analyzed. Working parameters of sieve mechanism were optimized with the help of Visual Basic 6.0, the theoretic analysis was reasonable. In accordance with characteristics of cereal, crutches of sieves and combination wags of sieve were selected. Sieve aperture and construction parameters else were selected and determined, after the cereal entered the air stream through vibration sieve, Studied the dynamic characteristic and movement characteristic of cereal in the air stream. The movement equations were established; working parameters of sieve mechanism were done with VB. According to results of VB-programs, analyzed the effects of single factor to cereal’s movement orbit and separation, obtained the main and minor factors of cleaning effete, And working parameters and size parameters that were fit for air stream cleaning mechanism were chosen.
