【摘要】 近年来,农业上市公司已经成为国民经济新的增长点,并且逐渐成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是,作为农业主旋律的农业上市公司经营业绩一直都不太理想,农业上市公司的盈利水平较低,更有连年亏损的现象,2002 年的农业上市公司的经营业绩又出现了两极分化,而且这种趋势有越拉越大的迹象,在发展模式上存在着欠缺,这在一定程度上影响了我国经济的发展。本文的重点就是研究农业上市公司的发展模式问题。本论文在中国加入了WTO 的日益激烈竞争的国际环境下,在党的十六大提出解决“三农”问题,全面建设小康社会的大背景下,根据农业上市公司发展的现状,研究了农业上市公司的发展态势,同时借鉴了国内外成功企业发展模式的经验,分析了造成我国农业上市公司发展出现问题的原因,并对农业上市公司的发展模式作了重点研究,最后提出了解决问题的对策。本文的最终目的就是为了解决中国农业上市公司如何做大、作强的发展模式问题,针对农业发展的特点,提出了农业上市公司可行的运作模式,从而增强农业上市公司的竞争力和发展后劲,使其走入更广阔的发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural listed companies are firms that represent fires-level productivities of our country. As the most important sector in our national economy, the development of agricultural listed companies relates to the pace of agricultural industrialization, to resolution of the agriculture, rural areas and farmers, as well as XiaoKang society, too. But the operating performances of agricultural listed companies came to polarize recently, and the trends has being more and more remarkable. The prominent status of agricultural listed companies has been challenged severely. And the current developing models of agricultural listed companies can’t adapt to the need of modern agricultural development, which has been blocked by the unsuitable models. This paper bases on the former backgrounds, chooses the agricultural listed companies as the object, centers on the development and adopt the systemic approaches to quest for the suitable developing models of agricultural listed companies accorded with the situation of our country, which can provide valuable information for related decision-making departments and the referential approaches for the development of agricultural listed companies. At first, this paper introduces the related theories, the developing courses and the correlative factors of agricultural listed companies. Then it demonstrates the tendency and current developing model of agricultural listed companies systemically, which includes models of specialization, multivariation and Beinong etc. Thirdly, the author analyses the demonstration effect of agricultural listed companies, which is the elite of the paper. In this part, a great quantity of dada is used to introduce applied states and their alternation analysis of current developing models.
