柴油机排气处理器微波再生系统的研究

【摘要】 本文论述了将微波应用到柴油机排气微粒捕集器的再生研究上。重点解决了微波源到再生腔的微波匹配与耦合问题,以及车用微波电源的设计和控制。研制出一套利用微波连续再生的柴油机排气微粒捕集器,并对排气微粒捕集器进行了260 小时的台架快速劣化试验。试验结果为:在同等条件下,与原机相比使用微粒捕集器使整机微粒排放下降了98.2%,在260小时快速劣化试验后滤烟效果基本不变,微粒捕集系统再生功能正常。该再生方式技术先进、工艺简单、效率高、效果好,能够实现柴油机排气过滤器的快速连续再生。

【Abstract】 It is discussed in this paper that Microwave is applied for the regeneration of the particle trap on diesel engine. The matching and coupling of the Microwave between the source and regeneration cavity are chiefly solved. The power supply of microwave on the vehicle is researched and designed. Skid bed Test has been made for 260 hours with the trap .the test result is under the same condition, the trap can reduce the amount of the particle from engine to 98.2%, and the efficacy of the trap doesn’t descend after 260 hours test. This kind of regeneration has advanced technique, high efficiency. It can make the diesel exhaust trap regenerated quickly and continuously.
