远程分布式环境监测系统中管理软件系统EMMSS的设计与实现

【摘要】 当前我国正处在经济高速发展时期,伴随着发展,环境保护与环境监测问题越来越突出,也得到国家和社会的极大重视。本文所述的“远程分布式环境监测系统”是国家“十五”科技攻关项目“科学仪器产业化应用示范”的子课题,该系统分为硬件系统和软件系统,本文所研究的管理软件系统EMMSS 是其中的软件系统。本文研究的管理软件系统EMMSS 主要解决了三个关键问题:一是采用XML Web Service 技术实现了EMMSS 的分布式架构,力求使客户端和服务器能够实现跨越防火墙和跨平台的通讯。二是解决了服务器端和远程环境监测仪器的通信协议问题,力求使通信协议具有扩展性和通用性。三是实现了服务器端软件的Web Service 模块、网络通讯模块、Web 页面服务模块和客户端软件的数据管理、系统管理、仪器远程控制等功能模块。针对目前环境监测系统管理软件存在的如软件系统架构采用的紧耦合方式,不利于扩展的问题;网络通讯手段过于单一,难以满足环境监测行业的通讯要求的问题;软件功能较少,有待增加如数据整合、远程控制等功能的问题,本文在三个方面有所改进和创新:首先,EMMSS 采用的是分布式架构,使系统便于扩展和升级;其次,EMMSS 系统的通讯是基于Internet 和GPRS、CDMA 移动公网,很好的解决了环境监测行业对通讯网络的覆盖范围和稳定性的要求;最后,EMMSS 提供了丰富的数据管理功能和仪器的远程服务功能,使环境监测执法部门、仪器生产企业、排污企业都能够通过EMMSS 提高其工作效率。

【Abstract】 Remote monitoring has long been concerned by the departments ofenvironment, water power and electricity. Nowadays economy is booming,while environmental protection and monitoring has become a thorny issueand attracted a great concern of the national government and the commonpeople. A remote distributed environment monitoring system can improvethe present-day functions, service management of the present-dayenvironment monitoring devices, regulate the production ofpollution-making enterprises and avoid major pollution accidents.Under “The Tenth Five-Year Plan of China”on Key TechnologyResearch Programs, the National Research Center for CRM’s(BeijingOffice), Beijing PGeneral Instrument Co., Ltd., and Jilin University(analysis instrument research and development laboratory) work together toperform research into the subject ‘Standardized Application Demonstrationfor Scientific Instrument Industrialization.’In this text, the eco-system ofdistributed remote monitors is a sub-project of Standardized ApplicationDemonstration for Scientific Instrument Industrialization. This system isdivided into hardware systems and software systems. EMMSS is one of thesoftware systems.The accomplished targets in this text are as follows:Research the situation of distributed computer applied technology,focus on WML Web Service technology on .NET platform and realize thedistributed structure of EMMSS with XML Web Service.Because of the different parameters in various monitors and differentports to individual pieces of hardware in this system, based on the idea toset up one communication platform to manage many different instruments,this text takes an applicable communication agreement, which includes theagreements of data transformation and data transformation on the Internet,and which is reliable among management software systems, communicationadapters and monitors.The text explains the design with details about the server softwaredeveloped with Web Service, Socket program, and ASP.NET technology.The server takes the responsibilities to communicate with the eco-monitorand process requests from the clients, and is connected to users withwireless net or Internet wire net There are three functional modules, WebCommunication Module, Web Service Module and Web Page Service: theWeb Communication Module is responsible for processing andcommunicating with the adapter; Web Service Module is for data servicerequested by clients, and application requirements from instrument remoteservice; Web Page Service is to recover the data from database and releasethis data on the Internet allowing clients to browse the system through theconnection interface. The text explains the design and implementation methods concerningthe management between client software data and client self, system andclient terminal, as well as instrument remote control module. Datamanagement client provides the client with the management of supervisiondata and the data processing such as search statistics through Web servicevisits database. The client also could format the data form to meet therequirements of self usage and save the edited forms as a module for futureuse. System management client provides the client (mainly for systemadministrator) staff and instrument in the management system. Theinformation about the staff and the monitor are saved in the database server.The client can access the database through Web Service, display it throughclient’s view, perform an edit, and send the edited result back to databasethrough Web Service to accomplish data updating. The remote controlmodule as the sub module of remote services allows the client to control theinstrument. Research the software development of CDMA intellect mobile phoneand explain the design and processing methods about the software for themobile client. The client could check the monitor status with mobile clientsoftware developed at the platform of LG8188CDMA and make an order tomonitor for the supervision data and monitor work status. Here are several innovative opinions concerning the current problemsin management software of eco-monitors: First, the current eco-monitor software in the country is a concentratedapplication system of support and modules which joins each piece tightly,so it is difficult to upgrade given the limited range of this system. In thiscontext, the application of XML Web Service will help to realize thedistributed structure of EMMSS and also XML Web Service runs under theInternet transformation agreement that, as a medium between informationcommunications, would communicate beyond the firewalls and process theinformation by overriding the platforms. In addition, this application ofXML Web Service may conveniently be updated and extended. Second, EMMSS supports the Internet and the mobile public net forGPRS / CDMA, which solves the existing problems in the current systemssuch as using simplex communication method which makes it difficult to
