汽车车轮定位检测设备微机联网系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 近年来,随着电子计算机技术的飞速发展,促进了汽车检测技术的革命,汽车检测设备的数量和质量都在不断的提高。作为车辆检测的一项重要内容,车轮定位参数的检测对整车性能的影响举足轻重。本文利用现代接口技术、计算机及其网络通信技术,通过最新的面向对象软件编制技术,开发研制出汽车车轮定位值计算机辅助联网检测系统。在深入了解和掌握了系统的整体功能,以及对现场的实际工作情况的考察后,确定了系统的总体方案。从实际应用的角度讨论了车轮定位参数的测量原理,各参数的具体数学模型。针对实际情况,利用原有的设备,采用研华工位机作为工位机,通过采用SPP 标准并行通信及RS232 串行通信,完成了不同通信形式的数据采集、处理、存储、打印等功能。针对检测数据的实时远程网络存储要求,文中也讨论了如何利用SQL SEVER 2000 数据库系统,并通过TCP/IP 的局域网通信协议,实现数据的共享支持以及远程访问的方法。
