基于经济性的发动机生产线维修决策理论研究

【摘要】 随着企业设备规模的日益扩大和维修费用的逐年增长,世界各国对设备维修管理提出了新的要求。研究和开发新的设备维修管理系统,对降低维修成本、提高维修效益、促进企业的发展、提高企业的适应能力和竞争能力,有着重要的作用。本文简要阐述了设备维修管理的发展历史和研究现状,运用可靠性、维修性建模与分析的方法,对设备的故障间隔时间、修复时间进行分析,得出设备故障的分布规律,确定了基于经济性的设备最佳预防维修周期,并结合实际对同一生产线上的设备进行同步维修的研究。最后,开发了计算机辅助维修决策系统,为实际的维修工作提供辅助工具,减少人为因素影响,发挥现有设备潜能,提高设备的维修效率与经济性。

【Abstract】 Equipment is an important part of plant and it is the major means for theproduction in the industry and the symbol of the productivity. With theadvancement of science technology and the competition in the industry,equipment is more expensive and the management is more important. Newrequirements have been put forward on equipment maintenance management invarious countries because of increasing cost with increasing size of equipment. Inthe past, when the business manager made a decision of equipment managementbecause he often laid particular stress on the individual experience, the result wasoften high costing, low earnings in vain. It can reduce the cost of equipmentmaintenance, enhance the efficiency of maintenance, facilitate the developmentof enterprise and improve its ability of adaptation and competition by theresearch and application of new equipment maintenance decision systems. Thestudy of the theory of maintenance management of manufacturing equipment andthe development of maintenance decision system have drawn great attention andbecome one of the frontier fields of management science and artificialintelligence.At present, the main drawbacks of the theory and methodology ofequipment maintenance are addressed as follows: (1) Lack of systematical studyof the failure law and maintenance theory of equipment to guide the enterprises,(2) Lack of suitable statistical models to determine the appropriate maintenancetime. This will cause the serious problems of either over maintenance orinsufficient maintenance, (3) Backward tools of maintenance decision-making.Up to now, practical maintenance decision system for manufacturing equipmentneed be developed. The enterprises are facing up the problems of highermaintenance cost, longer length of maintenance cycle and lower reliabilitybecause current maintenance decision systems cannot meet the need of rapidmaintenance reactions demanded by manufacturing. To solve the problemsmentioned above, in accordance with the maintenance management practice ofChina’s enterprises, the theory and methods of maintenance decision formanufacturing equipment have been systematically and deeply studied based onsome auto-engine production line. The research was carried out by means ofprobability statistics approaches and reliability theory which can find out the ruleof failure’appearance and development and failure can be controlled. It aims atovercoming the shortcomings of out of date maintenance theories and theimpractical models. The thesis mainly concerns with maintenance theory for maintenancedecision, maintenance modeling and the development of computer aidmaintenance decision system. Firstly, the author introduces the development and statues of equipmentmaintenance management. By combining the statistical analysis of massivehistorical data of failure records and using the method of reliability,maintainability distribution modeling and analysis, the density function of thefailure time and maintenance time distribution is estimated. This paper analysesthe whole process of collecting plant failure, selecting distribution model,estimating parameters, testing and predicting failure. The paper draws the curveof density function of the failure function, reliability function, and failure ratefunction. Both the failure rate curves and failure law lay the foundation for theformulation of equipment maintenance models. Secondly, based on the aims and tasks of maintenance, by analyzing themaintenance costs and equipment reliability, set up the mathematic model for
