我国企业实施ERP的相关问题及对策研究

【摘要】 二十世纪企业只有通过应用电子商务加强竞争优势,才有生命力和前途。建立ERP 系统正是当前信息化管理基础的重中之重。在中国己加入WTO、经济全球化和全球市场竞争的背景下,中国企业引入ERP 的管理理念和实施ERP 系统己迫在眉睫, ERP 系统能给企业带来巨大的利益和竞争力,使企业充满生机和活力。正确认识和理解ERP,是实施ERP 的前提。本文第一部分从ERP 的发展的过程,论述了ERP 的基本原理、特点和它所蕴含的管理思想,以及商务时代ERP 的特点和发展趋势。ERP 不单是软件产品,它是蕴含先进管理思想的企业资源管理信息系统。ERP 进入中国己有二十多年的时间,它经历了启动期、成长期和成熟期。本文第二部分研究了我国企业实施ERP 系统的发展历程和在认识、实施过程中存在的一些问题,并分析了其原因。本文第三部分,包括对ERP 认识、企业信息规划、ERP 选型、企业的管理变革和实施ERP 的策略。全面详细论述了企业如何成功实施ERP 系统。最后一部分,建立ERP 系统绩效评价的指标体系及模糊评判模型,对企业实施ERP 系统的总体绩效水平进行了评价。
【Abstract】 There are five parts in this article,concluding introduction, basic principle and the studying development of ERP,the development and problems when Chinese enterprises actualizing ERP,research of the countermeasure as Chinese enterprises actualizing ERP and evaluation to the efficiently of enterprises actualizing ERP system. The First Part Introduction It discusses three parts mainly: the background of ERP coming into,ERP is a managing system of information integrating rapidly, It expands MRPⅡand has wider extension of information integrating overcast. Second, ERPcan solve actual problem. It has tremendous allure to many enterprises because of huge value, which includes making storage decline largely, increasing the rate of storage turnover, cutting postponed consignment, enhance the rate of consignment averagely, cutting the time of stock advance, declining shutdown and stand-to, rate and timely more reasonable, reducing production cost, advancing the management level. Third, it is the idea of researching ERP. It is the need of accommodating market competition to introduce ERP system. It is also the need of development of development of enterers, accommodation to the time of knowledge economy, deep reformation of enterprises and the development of native software. It shows that ERP can bring huge value for enterprises, To actualize ERP is the trend of enterprises development in the future. The second Part The basic Principle of ERP and Research on ERP’s development Early days, MRPcan solve “Who, What, How and When”the four “H”problem of manufacture enterprises. Obturation in MRP includes two points. One is to put the plan of the need of production ability, the plan of plant work and the plan of stock work, comes into a obstructive system. Another one is to make balance with feedback information in instituting plans. It’s necessary to make a viable main production plan for MRP normal function. So, basic MRP system develops continuously, at the same time, the function of ability need plan and executive and controlling plan found a circle loop, which is called obstructive system of MRP. Obturative system of MRP can plan and control all kinds of material in production with the management logic”plan-execute-evaluation and feedback”from the whole production. MRP enlarge the obstructive system of MRP directly. MRPⅡcomplete the management of operation plan. The basic idea is to plan, organize and control the production material and product, servation, sale and finance, make them develop in line and exert function sufficiently with the scientific ways from the best angle. MRPⅡis a complete production and management plan system, a efficient management type to fulfill manufacture enterprises whole benefit. ERP—Enterprise Resource Planning is a management flat roof offering decision ways for enterprises’summits and employee with systematic management idea on the basis of information technology. ERP has information technology and developed management idea, has become modern enterprise’s function type and the base of live and development of enterprises in information time which reflects the need of the time for enterprises to distribute material reasonably and create most society wealth. The ERP theory comes from MRP, but it has more content, wider appliance, maturer technology. ERP reflects the thoughts of managing the whole supply chain, the thoughts of fine production, synchronistic engineering and smart fabrication, the thoughts of beforehand plan and centre control. The Third Part The development of Chinese enterprises actualizing ERP and research on such problemsThe history of Chinese enterprises actualizing ERP includes beginning, developing and maturing time. There is fewer successful enterpriser in the managers who actualize ERP and lacked full knowledge about ERP. The job; acting; zoom ERP are adaptability of software, leak of strategy plan, foundation of informational idea and selection of software and so on. The fourth Part Research on actualization countermeasure of ERP It’s necessary to have aright idea on ERP, clarify ten wrong ideas on and discuss the developed thoughts and the interrelated theory. The enterprise’s information plan profiles the information building with a complete blueprint and directs the course of enterprises”information. The strategy of enterprises”ERP type election discusses analysis of the need, the principle of selecting type, selection of software and mistakes in selecting types. Enterprises must make the aim clear and define the need reasonably. According to the principle of being operable, being applicable, being durable and being nice, it have to keep enterprises from entering the wrong places of selecting types. To actualize ERP system for enterprises has to involve changes of thoughts and ideas, enterprise cucture,construction texture, work flow and management system. This article mainly discuss the common problems in actualizing ERP system, the conditions and factors leading success. The fifth Part Evaluation on the efficiency of actualizing ERP system This part mainly circuses the factor which reflects ERP system efficiency, the index system of evaluating ERP system efficiency and the blur evaluating types. We have to analyze generally with the aim and affect when evaluating ERP system. We can think that the actualizing efficiency of enterprises’material system lies on the intention and exterior restrictive conditions. Not lies on the intention one can be disassembled into study, flow and innovation, from which an effective evaluative index system can be founded.
