干式水压按摩舱系统的改进及其分布式监控系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 本课题旨在改进第一代干式水压按摩舱系统并以此为单机系统设计并研究一种运行性能稳定、实用可靠、成本低廉的分布式监控系统。其中干式水压按摩舱单机系统包括:手持板、人机界面、主控PLC、检测电路、控制电路、RS-485通讯口、四台变频器、两台水泵、两台交流电机、旋转编码器、加热系统、制冷系统等;而监控系统是一个以改进后的单机系统为研究对象的多机系统,该监控系统包括:顾客信息管理系统和设备信息管理系统两部分组成。在整个系统中监控管理PC机与单机系统通过RS-485总线方式进行数据传输,在单机系统中也是通过RS-485总线方式进行数据传输。 该单机系统在机械结构、主控制器与变频器之间通讯、整个通讯网络、操作模式和信号检测装置等许多方面进行了改进,旨在克服第一代干式水压按摩舱系统的通讯效率不高、机械结构不合理、外观粗糙、信号检测精度不高、显示界面不直观等缺点;而整个监控系统采用了监控管理PC机与人机界面两级管理方式对单机系统的工作状态进行监视,确保了系统的可靠运行。而且通过模块化思想的引入将该监控系统和干式水压按摩舱单机系统做成相对独立的模块,这样使得该系统能够按照用户的需求进行配置,从而满足了不同用户的要求。 由于第一代干式水压按摩舱单机系统的主控单片机除了执行相应的信号检测、通讯和控制信号输出等还要进行很多复杂的数学运算,这样使得该主控单片机的效率低下,使得系统的控制命令有一定的滞后性,达不到系统所要求的工作精度。所以本文设计的控制系统的技术关键是将所有的数学运算都由人机界面来完成,为保证整个系统的可靠运行,技术上另一关键通讯网络结构的改进。而对于监控系统来说的技术关键是顾客信息管理和通讯网络的设计。 实验证明:单机系统和监控系统都具有较高的性能价格比,性能稳定可靠,操作简单方便,便于维护,具有很强的实用性。

【Abstract】 This task is aimed at improving the first generation style of the cabin system in the interest of the stand-alone system designing with this and research one kind of operational performance to steady, pragmatic dependable, Inexpensive distributing type supervising system .the cabin system consists of handset, Man-machine interface, PLC, detect circuit, Control circuit, RS-485 communicate port, Four frequency transducers, Two water pumps, Two AC electro motors, Revolving code device, Heat system, The refrigeration system and so on. The supervising system is a multiple system that takes the stand-alone cabin system sith as the research target. The supervising system consists of Client information management system and equipment information management system. In the entire system supervises, administer PC’s engine communicate the data with the stand-alone system by means of RS-485’s bus, stand-alone system inside also communicate the data by means of RS-485’s bus.That stand-alone system have improved in the machine structure, instruction structure, Entire communication network, operate pattern, signal detect and so on ,Aim at overcoming the low efficiency, unreasonable machine structure, coarse appearance, low precision, unintuitionistic interface of the first generation cabin system. The entire supervising system adopted, the supervision computer and man-machine interface, two level administrations keep watch on the stand-alone cabin system; make the operation of system dependably. By introducing modularization idea make supervising system and the stand-alone system independence relativity. Because that system can be deployed in accordance the demand of consumer’s need, Thereby meet the demand of different consumer.Thanks to first generation style of the cabin system’s single chip except for carries out the relevant signal detection , communication and control signal export and so on, and work much math operation. Cause that the system control commands possess a certainty hysteresis, cannot satisfy the demand of system. Therefore the original design control system technique key is all math operation was done by man-machine interface, another key is the improvement of communication network.
