【摘要】 当前,以追求人与自然和谐为目标的生态化运动在世界范围内蓬勃开展。不断提高生态化水平,建设适宜人居的生态城市,已成为城市发展的主流。 对于我国来说,建设具有中国特色的生态城市——“山水城市”更能适应我国国情的需要。因此,对“山水城市”规划理念加以探讨和深化,提出合理的建议和相关的建设措施就显得尤为必要。 “山水城市”的思想符合现代人的需要,是具有中国特色的城市可持续发展之路。本文对“山水城市”建设的相关问题进行了初步研究。从理论角度对“山水城市”的历史渊源、概念、特点、创建的原则与措施进行分析,并按地理位置的不同将我国分为八个地区,结合各地区的特点,归纳总结出各地区在构建“山水城市”时应注意哪些方面。 全文约四万八千字,除结束语外,共分为五个部分: 第一部分为引言。首先介绍了“山水城市”建设提出的历史背景和国内外山水城市建设研究的现状。着重介绍了我国著名科学家钱学森先生所提出的“山水城市”的思想,指出其有着特定的时代背景和文化背景以及研究价值。 第二部分阐述了“山水城市”的历史渊源,着重分析了风水与“山水城市”思想的渊源。 第三部分引入了“山水城市”的概念和特点。从物化、文化、哲学三个层面来分析“山水城市”的内涵。同时,总结出“山水城市”的四个主要特点即:深刻的生态学哲理和自然保护意识,强烈的中国文化特色和诗画意境,突出的文化自我整合能力和传统继承能力,和谐的自然、人文环境和人工环境关系。 第四部分提出了“山水城市”建设应遵循的基本原则及创建山水城市的具体措施。 第五部分分析了地理位置对于构建“山水城市”所具有的重要意义。按照不同城市所处的地理位置,将我国划分为东北区、华北区、华中区、华南区、西北区、西南区、内蒙古区和青藏区八个地区,每个地区在温度条件和水分条件组合上大致相同,并在地形地貌、植被等方面反映了一定的共同性。结合各自的实例分析论述不同地区的城市在进行“山水城市”建设时,应注意哪些问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently the ecological movement for the goal of harmony between the human Being and nature is launched vigorously and permeated in many ways throughout the world. Constantly enhancing the level of ecologicalization and constructing an eco-city, which is fit to dwell for human being, have become the main trend of city’s development.To my country, it is more suitable that constructs "Shan-shui cities" than eco-cities. Therefore, it is very important that analyses the "Shan-shui cities’" realistic state, combining current research, I proposed the proposition named the thought of the "Shan-shui city", offering the reference for present urban construction.The theory of "Shan-shui city" is fit to contemporary person’s need and it is the road with Chinese characteristics. The related problems on constructing "Shan-shui city" have been studied preliminarily in this paper. Firstly, the author analyses the historical origins, the concept, the feature and the fundamental principles and measures of "Shan-shui city" from the angle of theory. Following, the author plots our country into eight areas by different geographical position. Then, the author conclude that different areas what they should notice when they construct their "Shan-shui city" according to their characteristics.The whole paper is about forty thousand and eight hundred words, and it includes five parts except the concluding remarks.Part 1:It is the preface. First the paper introduces the historical background about why to construct an "Shan-shui city "and the recent development of it, the reasons why to write this thesis are also given. The part emphasizes the famous scientist of our country Qian-Xuesen takes the lead in preferring the conception "Shan-shui city" and think the conception with background of the age and culture and is suit to the situation of our country. Therefore, it is necessary to generalize the conception in our country.Part 2:In this Part, the author set forth the historical origins.
