基于顾客满意度的产品方案再设计研究

【摘要】 随着买方市场的形成,“顾客满意中心论”理所当然地成为企业的管理中心和基本观点。根据顾客的需求以及设计的产品能提高顾客满意度的原则进行产品设计,将是所有企业进行设计时应考虑的一个基本原则。 本文提出的基于顾客满意度的产品改进方案再设计方法在选择产品改进指标时,将会更多的考虑市场需求的实际情况及其变化趋势。在确定产品需改进测评指标时,在已有的最小产品顾客满意度方法的基础上,提出了利用Bayes估计顾客满意度指数的可拓聚类方法以及基于模糊模拟的遗传算法方法,再用模糊计算推理方法对这三种方法进行综合得出要产品需改进的测量指标。当确定出产品的改进指标后,提出了利用可拓变换方法来对产品进行渐进的改进再设计,构成了完整的基于顾客满意度的产品渐进改进的再设计体系。不但是对现有的设计理论的有益补充,并且对实际的产品改进再设计来说,也具有重要的理论及工程意义。 本文将顾客满意度、可拓学理论与设计方法结合起来应用于改进方案再设计,并在改进再设计理论中,融入了可拓变换的理论,又为可拓学理论与现有的设计理论结合应用于渐进性改进再设计开辟了一条全新的途径。

【Abstract】 With the developing of buyer’ market, "the focus theory of customer satisfaction" becomes the management center and base viewpoint of enterprise. Product that bases customer needs, and design can improves customer satisfaction would be the basis principle of enterprise product design.This paper presents the product innovative schemes redesign thatthe finding innovative elements based customer satisfaction would consider the fact of market needs and changing trends more. Based the method of minimum customer satisfaction, this paper provides extension cluster used Bayes evaluation customer satisfaction and fuzzy simulated based on genetic algorithm methods to find the elements of product innovation, and provides fuzzy inference to deal with three methods as the preceding, then can finds the measure elements of product which needs innovation. After finds the measure elements of product, provides extension conversion of extension theory to improve product gradually. This is the system of product redesign based customer satisfaction, not only is the complement of design theory, but also has important theory and engineer meaning.This paper combines customer satisfaction, extension theory and product design method, then applies in product schemes redesign. And combines the extension conversion theory, creates a new way that combining extension theory and design theory Applied in product redesign.
