【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的发展和社会经济结构的演变,县域在国家和地区发展中的地位日益突出,县域间的竞争也日趋激烈,这使得县域综合竞争力研究成为一项具有重大意义的崭新课题。本文试图通过构建县域综合竞争力模型和评价指标体系,给县域社会经济的发展和综合竞争力的提升提供一种有效的分析手段和工具,为县域政府制订提升综合竞争力的对策提供提供理论依据和实践指导。 基于我国县域社会经济发展和县域竞争力研究的现状,本文首先论述了县域综合竞争力研究的背景和意义,以及研究思路和创新之处;然后,在县域综合竞争力相关理论研究的基础上,界定了县域综合竞争力的概念,并指出了影响县域综合竞争力的直接因素和间接因素,构建了县域综合竞争力模型和评价指标体系;通过德尔菲法和层次分析法的应用,确定了各项指标对上级指标的权重和县域综合竞争力计量公式;最后,根据研究的理论框架和指标体系,以海宁市为例进行了实证研究。通过海宁与慈溪、桐乡、温岭、瑞安等县域综合竞争力的比较研究,指出海宁综合竞争力的优势和存在的不足,并针对性地提出了提高海宁综合竞争力的思路和对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the integration of world economy and the evolvement of the structure of the society and economy, counties have become more and more important in the development of the country or the region. At the same time, the competition among the counties has become more and more intense, so the study of county integrated competitiveness is a new and significant subject. The paper tries to establish county integrated competitiveness model and evaluative index system to offer an effective analysis tool for the county’s development or the raising of competitiveness, to provide theoretic foundation and practice guiding for the county government formulating corresponding promotion countermeasure.Based on the practical situation of the county’s development and the county integrated competitiveness, the paper brings forward the background, the meaning and the innovations of the study at the first.
