【摘要】 随着经济全球化的进展和社会生产分工的细化,中小企业主导的企业集群成为了区域经济发展的重要动力,这使得它在当今时代成为众多学科的重要研究对象。国外对企业集群理论和实证研究正在不断深化。而浙江省作为中小企业集群发展的典型地区,已具备企业集群实证研究的现实基础。因此,抓住企业集群研究的这一良好时机,充分吸收借鉴国际研究的精华,结合浙江企业集群的特色,开展企业集群实证研究,对于浙江甚至全国具有重要的理论和实践意义。但现有对浙江企业集群研究的文献中,大多集中在制度创新、文化动因等方面,对支撑企业集群的各种关系则鲜有系统地研究。为此,我们从关系链视角对浙江中小企业集群进行分析。 本文在回溯企业集群相关理论的基础上,界定了中小企业集群网络关系链的概念,分析了关系链的结构与类型,构建了中小企业集群网络关系链模型。在此基础上对浙江省中小企业集群网络关系链在结构和类型上进行了详细分析,并建立了关系链的评价体系,对浙江省中小企业集群网络关系链进行评估。最后,提出了完善浙江省中小企业集群网络关系链的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the overwhelming trend of economy globalization and subdivision of social production, cluster network of small and medium enterprise(SME) becomes an important impetus to regional eonomy. Accordingly, business cluster attracts increasing attention in many reasearch fields and studies on business cluster are being deepened gradually from both theoretic and empirical angle overseas .There is a good foundation for empirical research in Zhejiang Province because of its typical business cluster of SME . Therefore, taking an empirical study on business cluster will have great significance for Zhejiang province even the whole country through combining production of international study with the characteristic of business cluster in Zhejiang province. However , most of the documents about business cluster in Zhejiang province are centered on the institution innovation, cultural sources and so on . There is few systemic study on relation chains supporting the business cluster. Due to these conditions, the paper is focused on theoretic and empirical study on relation chain of business cluster.This paper is devided into three parts as a whole.Firstly, based on evaluating relevant researches done home and abroad,The paper gives a general view on the definition of relation chain of business cluster network, analyzes the type of relation chains and constructs the structure model of relation chains. Secondly, the paper analyzes in detail the structures and types of relation chains of business cluster network in Zhejiang province .Besides,the paper sets up a evaluation system to evaluate the relation chains of business cluster network in Zhejiang province.
