径向柱塞式液压泵受力分析及其配流机构的研究

【摘要】 本课题结合浙江省重点科研项目“工业电动车电机/静压传动系统的研究”,为正在研制的新型径向柱塞式液压泵的设计提供理论依据,着重对新型液压泵的关键部件柱塞、滚子及配流机构进行运动学分析和受力分析。 本课题研究工作主要包括: 1.对径向柱塞式液压泵的柱塞、滚子进行运动学分析,推导了柱塞在不同角度的极径、速度和加速度的公式和柱塞留缸长度方程; 2.在考虑惯性力、摩擦力影响的情况下,对柱塞所受的正压力、应变、顶部压力和压力角进行综合分析; 3.应用赫兹定理,对滚子与定子的接触应力进行分析;在纯滚动条件下,对滚子和柱塞的相对滚动速度、自转角速度的方程作了推导;计入摩擦时,分析了滚珠和滚柱产生的自转和自旋运动; 4.推导了径向柱塞泵密闭工作腔在预升压、预卸压时的体积和压力变化的微分方程;分析了配流面的高压包角和倾覆力; 5.通过新型径向柱塞泵样机的台架试验,间接验证了设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 This subject originated from the key research project "research on electromotor and hydrostatic transmissions of industrial electrical vehicle" of Zhejiang province, we have made kinematics analysis of rollers, pistons and distributor mechanism, which are the key components of the pump. The forces acted on the parts were also analyzed. The analysis elaborates the new model radial piston pump principle, which could be serviced as guide in the project.The main work could be described as follows:1. Equation of the position, polar distance, velocity and acceleration of the position at different angular were inferred. The piston length remained outside was deduced according to the structure of the piston was calculated.2. Taking friction, stress and inertia force into consideration, the forces, pressure angular acted on the piston were entirely analyzed.3. Calculated the stress and deformation of the roller and stator by applying the method of rolling bearing. The equation of the
