2D气动数字伺服阀研究

【摘要】 在计算机技术日益得到广泛应用的情况下,用计算机对电气(液)控制系统进行实时控制是今后气动(液压)技术发展的重要趋向。数字阀可以和计算机直接连接,不需要D/A转换器,与伺服阀、比例阀相比,具有结构简单、工艺性好、价格低廉、抗干扰及抗污染能力强、重复性好、工作稳定可靠、功率小等优点。在国外有些数字阀已成为系列产品投入生产,而在国内,数字阀产品还不成熟,因此本论文所研究的课题在工业应用中具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。 本文研究的二级气动数字伺服阀(简称“2D气动数字阀”)是利用一种伺服螺旋机构构成的,它简化了传统二级气动伺服阀的结构而性能却有较大提高。由于这种2D气动数字阀是一种闭环机构的结构设计,所以其稳性、快速性及精度、刚度等性能指标是相互制约的,改变2D气动数字阀结构参数对上述各性能指标的影响是非线性、非单调递增或递减的。因此,为了提高2D气动数字阀的综合性能,必须对其结构参数与其静态、动态特性之间的关系作进一步研究。 第一章主要介绍气压传动技术和气动控制技术的发展,及数字控制技术与气动数字阀的状况,阐述了本论文选题的背景、意义和研究的内容。 第二章详细地阐述了2D气动数字阀的设计方案,包括机械部分的构成、工作原理、数字式电-机械转化元件和数字式控制方式。 第三章建立2D气动数字阀的数学模型,包括线性和非线性数学模型。 第四章借助MATLAB仿真软件对2D气动数字阀的静态特性进行了研究。 第五章借助MATLAB仿真软件对2D气动数字阀的动态特性进行了线性和非线性研究。 第六章根据仿真研究的结论确定2D气动数字阀的结构尺寸,具体设计数字阀的各个零件,并绘制零件加工图纸。 第七章总结全文并说明一些有待进一步研究的内容,以指导下一步的研究工作。
【Abstract】 With the extensive use of computer technology, the computer-based real-time control has become an important trend for pneumatic (hydraulic) control system. Compared with servo valve or proportion valve, the direct connection between digital valve and computer makes the D/A converter unnecessary. Besides, it also enjoys many other advantages, such as simpler structure, easier to manufacture, lower price, stronger anti-interference and anti-pollution abilities, smaller power requirement, more stable and reliable performance. Some foreign countries have already engaged in the production of series of digital valves. In China, however the study of digital valve is just underway. Thus the study of this paper is of important theoretical and practical significance.The two dimensional pneumatic digital servo valve (abbreviated as "2D pneumatic digital valve") discussed in this paper consists of a servo spiral mechanism, which simplified the conventional 2D pneumatic valve structure and enjoys great improvement in performance. Due to its closed loop structure, the capabilities of 2D pneumatic digital valve, such as its stability, rapidness, precision and rigidity restrict each other. Effects on the above mentioned performance indexes caused by changes of the structure parameters are neither linear nor identically progressive or degressive. Therefore, in order to improve the comprehensive performance of the 2D pneumatic digital servo valve, further studies need to be conducted about the relationships between its structure parameters and its static and dynamic features.Chapter One introduces the development of pneumatic transmission and control technology, the situation of digital control technology and pneumatic digital valve. It also introduces the background, significance and research content of this paper.Chapter Two mainly introduces in a detailed way the design plan of the 20 pneumatic digital valve, including the construction of the mechanical parts, operation principle, digital mechatronic transform components and digital control methods.Chapter Three introduces the establishment of mathematical model of the 2D pneumatic digital valve, including both the linear and nonlinear mathematical models.Chapter Four offers a study of the static features of the 2D pneumatic digital valve with the help of the emulation software MATLAB.Chapter Five offers a linear and nonlinear study of the dynamic feature of the 2D pneumatic digital valve with the help of the emulation software MATLAB.Chapter Six, based on the emulation experiment, decides on structural sizes, component design and process drawing of the 2D pneumatic digital valve.Chapter Seven offers a summary of the whole paper and points out places where further studies need to be made so as to provide guidance for the follow-up studies.
