二陈汤降脂作用的理论探讨及实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨二陈汤治疗高脂血症的理论及实验依据。 方法:通过中医药治疗高脂血症的研究资料分析,认识到肺失宣降是高脂血症的成因之一,湿痰内盛是高脂血症的重要病机,祛湿化痰是其重要治法。二陈汤为祛湿化痰的有效方剂。本文探讨了二陈汤降脂的中医理论依据。学生以实验性脂肪乳剂致高脂大鼠、小鼠为模型,进行了二陈汤的降脂实验。 结果:实验结果表明二陈汤能降低血中胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量,升高血清中NO浓度,降低内皮素(ET)的含量,并且发现佐入乌梅、生姜的二陈汤的功效要优于未用乌梅、生姜之二陈汤,二陈汤中乌梅、生姜必不可缺,具有重要的理论价值和临床实用意义。 结论:二陈汤是治疗高脂血症的有效方剂,临床应加以推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the theoretical treatment basis and experimental treatment basis of Erchen Tang on HLP. Methods: After analyzing the research references of treating HLP with TCM and Chinese pharmacy, it has been realized that excess of damp phlegm is one of important pathological mechanisms of HLP, and eliminating dampness and phlegm is an important treatment method. Erchen Tang is an effective medicinal formula for eliminating dampness and phlegm. This thesis explored the TCM theoretical basis of the effective therapy of declining cholesterol. The author regarded that dispersing and depurative function of the lung becomes abnormal can lead to HLP, and regulating functions of the lung, the spleen, the liver and the kidney can effectively cure the HLP. Then the author researched the experimental treatment of declining cholesterol on the big rat and small rat model established by experiment fat. Results: The experiment expressed that Erchen Tang could lower the content of CHO, TG and ET in blood as well promote the consistency of NO in blood serum. The effective treatment of Liuwei Erchen Tang added black plum and ginger on the basis of Erchen Tang is superior to Siwei Erchen Tang. This shows that black plum and ginger are absolutely necessary. This discovery is of theoretical and practical significance. Conclusions: Erchen Tang has an effective therapy for HLP, and it should be take into a wide clinical application.
