【摘要】 本论文针对应用大柴胡汤治疗急性胆囊炎屡获临床预期疗效的事实,提出治疗急性胆囊炎也要重视血分的观点,对大柴胡汤治疗急性胆囊炎的机理从中医文献整理、理论探讨、实验研究、临床验证等方面加以论述。在气血辨证的指导下,认为急性胆囊炎病机为肝胆郁热,枢机失调;气郁血瘀,胆失通降。大柴胡汤治疗急性胆囊炎的机理在于调理枢机,以舒畅肝胆郁结;清利气血,以通畅胆腑热结。这对充实中医基础理论、开拓中医临床诊疗思路均有帮助。在实验研究方面证实了大柴胡汤对实验性急性胆囊炎有确切疗效,并着重从改善血行方面验证该方的效果,为今后进一步从微观机制深入研究该方的作用机理奠定基础。 通过本论文,证实了在辨证论治的基础上,气血同调的治法对胆道疾病有卓越疗效,对临床论治急性胆囊炎有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of the fact of DaChaiHuTang treateing Acute Cholecystitis always gains approving curative effect, we discuss the mechanism from documention research, basic research, experimentation and clinical inquisitions. Under the guidance of the qi and blood syndrome identifying, we consider the mechanism of Acute Cholecystitis is qi ang blood stagnation of liver and gallbladder, hinge inefficiency, heat sticking. DaChaiHuTang obtain the effect by resuming the hinge, getting rid of heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis. The paper serves the interests of enriching the TCM basic theory and opening up the TCM clinical thinking. The experimentation research verifies DaChaiHuTang does have affirmative curative effect to Acute Cholecystitis especially in improving the circulatory system,. and prepares for the deeper research on the mechanism of DaChaiHuTang from microscopic point.The paper confirms that base on therapy with syndrome differentiation. "recuperating of qi and blood" has definite potency to the pathology of gallbladder. It has guiding sense to the clinical therapy of the Acute Cholecystitis.更多还原
