【摘要】 目的:研究逍遥滴鼻液对偏头痛的中止性治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:临床研究根据《中药新药治疗偏头痛的临床研究指导原则》,选择了126例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察了患者的头痛、伴随症状以及血液流变学和TCD;实验研究采用Wistar大鼠作为实验动物,用硝酸甘油皮下注射法复制偏头痛模型,观察了动物的行为症状及脑干、下丘脑c-fos基因表达。结果:临床研究显示,治疗组临床总有效率93.33%,对照组临床总有效率18.33%,两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组患者的头痛及伴随症状短时间内显著改善,而且血液流变学及TCD亦明显好转;动物实验表明,逍遥滴鼻液能短时间内中止偏头痛的发作,并可显著抑制大鼠脑干、下丘脑c-fos基因的表达。结论:逍遥滴鼻液对偏头痛有十分确切的治疗作用,而且起效迅速,作用机制明确,其研究结果为偏头痛的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the terminating therapeutical effect of Xiaoyao nose dribbling liquid on migraine, and explore its action mechanism. Methods: Clinical study was based on the clinical study instructional doctrine of the traditional Chinese medical new drug curing migraine. We selected 126 patients who were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and observed the headache symptom, following symptoms, hemorheology and TCD; Wistar rats were applicated in the experimental study, and created the migraine model by subcutantaneous injection of nitroglycerin. We observed the behavior symptom and c-fos gene expression in brain stem and hypothalamus of them. Results: The clinical total efficiency is 93.33% in treatment group, and 18.33% in control group, there is significant difference between them (P<0.01). The headache and following symptoms of the patients in treatment group were remarkably improved in short time, and their hemorheology and TCD were taken an obvious turn as well. The experimental studies have proved that the Xiaoyao nose dribbling liquid can quickly terminate migraine attack and significantly anti-express c-fos in brain stem and hypothalamus. Conclusions: Xiaoyao nose dribbling liquid has extremely precisely therapeutical effect, moreover, it can fast takes effect and has certain action mechanisms.
