【摘要】 目的:本课题通过炎性细胞水平变化与下肢深静脉血栓形成中医证候分型关系的研究,进一步探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因病机。方法:测定80例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者(湿热下注型和血瘀湿重型各30例及脾肾阳虚型20例)的白细胞数量、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数、体温、血小板计数等指标,并设健康对照组。将炎性细胞数量与观测指标进行相关性分析。结果:在湿热下注型组中,炎性细胞的数量明显增加,血小板计数、体温、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、D-二聚体含量均为最高,与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。血瘀湿重型组观测值较湿热下注型低,与对照组仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。脾肾阳虚型组全血粘度、纤维蛋白原含量及血小板计数与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明血液仍高凝,有再栓的可能。经线性相关分析,我们认为炎性细胞数量与体温、病情计分、全血粘度等观测指标存在正相关关系。结论:了解这些变化特点对掌握病情,制定有效的治疗方案,应用针对性治疗方法,避免盲目用药有重要的临床意义。通过本研究,验证并发展了现代医学中关于深静脉血栓形成的机理研究,为中西医结合诊治该病的理论研究和临床实践提供了客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This research aims at discussing the rule of the changes of inflammatory cells and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) through clinical observation.Methods:The author has measured white blood cells quantity,body temperature,and other factors in 80 patients with DVT among whom 30 were attributed to the syndrome of pathogenic dampness-heat(A),and 30 were attributed to the syndrome of blood stasis(B),20 were attributed to the syndrome of scarcity of spleen and kidney yang(C) attacking the lower limb according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and the author also has set a control group(D) consisting of checkup takers.Analyzed inflammatory cells and the observed factors.Results:The levels in the A group of inflammatory cells quantity and other factors are higher than other groups.The factors in B group are lower than A group.The factors indicates that the patients might suffer the DVT again.We can draw a conclusion that the quantity of the inflammatory cells are correlated with the factors except for D-dimer.Conclusion:This research proves the changes of the indexes mentioned above corresponds to the dialectical type-classifications in traditional Chinese medicine,reveals the rule of incidence of different type-classifications of traditional Chinese medicine,provides objective basis for clinical diagnosis and dialectical treatment and helps to realize the combination of macro and micro dialectics.更多还原
