【摘要】 半城市化是在全球化与地方力量的双重作用下,由于快速而集中的投资,在城市外围以及二、三产业发达的农村地区,从事第二、三产业人口比重和人口密度不断增加,城乡土地利用混杂、社会经济结构急剧变化,生活设施和基础设施处于建设之中,人们生活方式日益城市化,形成了介于城市和农村二者之间状态的半城市化地区。随着西部大开发的实施,西部核心城市的外围区县发生了半城市化现象。本文以西部典型地区成都新津县作为半城市化的实证研究对象,尝试从经济全球化大背景出发,依据区域经济学、城市地理和社会学原理,应用GIS 等学科手段,从定性和定量的角度,结合西部和新津城市发展的实际情况,对新津半城市化发生的背景、发生的时空过程和发生的空间机制进行研究,弄清新津县半城市化发生过程中经济产业结构、人口就业结构和土地利用结构的变化过程及其特征。在此基础上抽象和概括出新津乃至西部半城市化发生的过程特点和机制模型。通过实地考察,问卷调查,数据处理和分析,在进行定性和定量综合分析的基础上完成本文。全文内容包括五大部分: 第一章绪言,主要介绍了半城市化研究的国内外进展、研究的意义以及研究的技术路线。第二章基础理论研究,主要总结了城市化中的基本理论以及与半城市化相关的理论与学说。第三章新津县半城市化的主要过程,是研究的重点。梳理了新津县的产业结构及其演变特征,分析了人口与就业的变化情况,明晰新津在半城市化中土地利用的变化特征。第四章新津县半城市化发生的机制,也是本文研究的重点。通过归纳,抽象和总结了西部半城市化发生的动力驱动系统和半城市化空间发展机制模型。第五章结语与讨论,总结研究的主要过程和成绩与不足,对今后半城市化发展和研究进行简单讨论。新津县半城市化的研究,对于西部广大的其它区域有一定的借鉴作用,对于城市化乃至城市地理学也是有益的补充,对于从区域的角度看待城市与社会经济发展具有一定指导价值。随着全球以及我国经济持续高速发展,中西部开发的深入推进,半城市化将在我国更多区域发生。了解半城市化进程中经济产业、人口就业以及土地利用和景观的变化规律,将有利于实行提前干预,趋利避害,走可持续发展之路。同时这项研究对于广大的城乡结合部、过渡带、大城市外围区以及城市连绵区的研究也有重要的参考和借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peri-urbanization refers to the process, usually a highly dynamic one under the double function of globalization and local strength. Thereby a peri-urbanizational area occurs lying between urban and rural areas .It is driven by frequently concentrated investment in the city periphery and rural area, where secondary industry and tertiary industry develop very well and people density and stuff proportion increase quickly, with the landuse of urban and rural areas intermixing, life facilities and infrastructures consummating increasingly, the way of life urbanizing day by day. With development of the West Regionals, the phenomenon of peri-urbanization has taken place around the central cities of the West. On the basis of regional economics, with the guidance of urban geography and the theory of sociology, the thesis studies the phenomenon of peri-urbanization of Xinjin County as a typical case by using scientific measures such as GIS. The author lucubrates some obvious features of peri-urbanization in Xinjin taking into account of the fact of the development of the West cities and Xinjin from the angle of qualitative and mensurable analysis. These features included such as the peri-urbanization process of space-time and the space mechanism. The study makes clear the process and character of the three industries proportion, the structure of employment and the change of landuse. At last, the paper concludes some characteristic and machanism model of Xinjin which can even be accorded with the peri-urbanization of the West. Based on questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot investigation, data statistics and analyses, the following study is finished on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this paper five chapters are included. In chapter 1 it introduces the background and value of this study and list the study plan.In chapter 2, some basic theories are listed,such as Desakota,the convergence versus divergence.Meanwhile the definition of peri-urbanization is given.In chapter 3, it emphasis on the process of peri-urbanization in Xinjin. The study makes clear the process and character of the three industries proportion, the structure of employment and the change of landuse in Xinjin In chapter 4,the author analyses the driver of peri-urbanization and gives the model of driver syetem The spatial dynamic is deduced.In conclusion,there are some question to be discussed. The study of peri-urbanization in Xinjin County will provide use for reference to many other regions in the West,supply good complementarity to the study of urbanization and urban geography , offer directive value to see the relationship between city and socioeconomic development from regional angle。With the sustainable development of the world and the China in economy,the deeper push of Middle-West Development,peri-urbanization will come into being in mor regions。It will be useful for predictal intervention、the way of sustainable development to grip variational rule of industrial structure、population、employment、land-use and the sight during the process of peri-urbanization。Meathwhile,it will provide the reference for the study of megalopolis、transition region of city and rural、marginal area of the large city.更多还原
