【摘要】 随着全球人口迅速增长、工业化及灌溉农业的水需求不断膨胀,许多国家都面临着严重的水危机,水资源的可获得性和水质恶化问题引起了国际社会广泛关注,水环境问题已成为21 世纪全球社会经济可持续发展的重要制约因素。旅游业是重要的国民经济产业之一,随着旅游业的不断发展,其对水资源的影响日益凸现,旅游与水环境协调发展问题已提上全球可持续发展议程。本文以黄山风景区为案例地,在深入分析其水环境现状基础上,系统探讨了风景区旅游水供需平衡和水生态承载力,试图建立水库动态调控模型和“水量—水质—水生态系统”耦合模型,并以管治理论为理念,以可持续发展为目标,选取同类型不同生命周期的其它山岳风景区,与黄山风景区水环境管理进行比较研究,进而提出山岳风景区水环境一体化管理模式,对黄山风景区和其它同类型旅游地水环境可持续发展管理具有重要的参考价值。全文共分为六章:第一章绪论主要分析了本文的选题背景与意义,提出研究的基本方法、内容与技术路线。第二章国内外相关研究进展综述了国内外旅游地水环境研究方面的进展,指出国外研究较多地从旅游、环境和水供需平衡等角度系统分析,注重水资源利用、管理及实践运用的反馈研究。而国内研究缺乏各相关学科理论与方法的综合运用,较侧重水景观规划与设计、水环境的自然影响(如水质污染及现状评价研究等),对水环境的社会经济影响研究则较少。本文认为加强旅更多还原

【Abstract】 With water use increasing rapidly as a result of population growth, industrializationand expansion of irrigated agriculture, many countries are approaching serious watercrises with depleted and heavily contaminated surface water and groundwater resources.The availability and quality of water resources has received much international attentionin recent years. Many problems of water environment hinder sustainable developmentparticularly in the 21th century. Tourism industry is one of important economy industries.Flourishing tourism industry has influenced water resources obviously, and problem ofcoordinate development between tourism and water enviornment has been put on theagenda.As a case of Huangshan Mountain, based on its water environment actualities, thispaper discusses the equilibrium of water supply and demand and water ecology system,and trys to build models of dinamic resovior control and “water quantity—water quality—water ecology system”coupling. At the end, aimed with governance and sustainabledevelopment theories, the paper puts up integrative management model of waterenvironment in Mountain resorts, which could be consulted by sustainable developmentmanagement of Huangshan and other congeneric resorts.The paper consists of 5 chapters:Chapter 1, General IntroductionThe paper mainly analyzes background and significance of selecting the topic. Theauthor proposes its own study methods, contents and train of thoughts.Chapter 2, Relative review of the progress at home and abroadThe paper summarized the progress of water environment about tourist destination athome and abroad. The author finds that overseas scholars emphasize particularly on studyof water resources use, management and practice feedback from the point of view oftourism, environment and equilibrium system. But at home, the scholars haven’tcomprehensively adopted relative subject theories and methods. They pay attention towater landscape planning, natural influences of water environment, such as watercontamination, status evaluation and so on; its social and economic influences are ignored.This paper thinks that study on coordination between tourism and water environment isthe important content and field of sustainable tourism development in the future.Chapter 3, Analysis on equilibrium between water supply and demand about tourismThe paper takes the current years as a benchmark and calculates the current quantityof water demand; adopts methods of representative years and calculates the quantity ofwater shortage in plentiful and scarce years; then systematically analysizes the features ofwater supply and demand contradiction and influencing factors. At last, the authorpredicts water supply and demand in mid-, far-years, builds the model of dynamicreservoir control, and proposes the man-made measures of using reservior and drawingwater project.Chapter 4, Analysis on water ecology capacityThe author thinks that quantities of water supply couldn’t increase illimitably, andshoud consider water ecology capacity. Take BOD5 as an influencing factor of waterquality, the author calculates day average capacities and year capacities in Xiaoyaoxi,Chengxiangyuan, Lianhuagou and Danxiaxi in plentiful, normal and scarce rainfall years,analyzes current features of water ecology capacity. At last, the author regards waterecology capacity as the critical quantity of the biggest water supply, and builds the modelof “water quantity—water quality—water ecology system”coupling by water usestandards.Chapter 5, Integrative management of water environmentThe author lucubrates actualities and influencing factors of water environmentmanagement in Huangshan Mountain resort, compares with other Mountain resorts ofdifferent lifecycles, points out existing problems of coordinate development betweentourism management and water environment, and proposes the integrative managementmodel of water environment.
