红地球葡萄浆果生长发育和品质形成规律的研究

【摘要】 以六年生红地球葡萄(Red Globe)为试验材料,对浆果生长发育动态和品质形成、净光合速率、内源激素含量变化动态等方面进行了研究,结果表明: 从红地球葡萄浆果纵径、横径生长动态表现为明显的双“S”曲线,整个生长期可分为3 个时期,各时期分别持续35 天、26 天、51 天。低剂量的外源赤霉素处理、结果枝环剥、光呼吸抑制剂处理不改变果实生长发育规律、只是增强了峰值。浆果不同生长发育期糖、酸含量变化趋势不同。始熟后,浆果的硬度逐渐下降,绿色下降的同时,亮度和红色逐渐升高。环剥处理、光呼吸抑制剂处理、赤霉素处理均有增大果粒的作用。环剥处理对改善浆果的品质效果最优。光呼吸抑制剂处理有延迟浆果成熟的作用。随着每个果穗上留果量的减少,浆果的粒重、可溶性固形物含量逐渐增高,留果量以每个果穗40 粒~60 粒形成的果穗较为标准,且浆果的商品品质较好。外源赤霉素处理明显的提高了浆果生长前期内源激素含量。赤霉素高峰的出现和浆果的两次生长高峰较为吻合。红地球葡萄结果枝叶片的净光合速率随着叶位的升高而增加,副梢叶片的净光合速率高于主梢叶片;光呼吸抑制剂处理提高了叶片的净光合速率;环剥通过改变了光合产物的流向而改变浆果的品质。

【Abstract】 The variety of Vitis viniferal,named Red Globe was used in experiment to study the growth dynamics ,quality formation,net photosynthesis,changes in contents of endogenous auxin,the result shows that: The cycle of the grape berry may be divided into three stages,each stage lasts 35days,26days,and 51days.Low dose GA dispose,girdling on fruiting shoot,photorespiration inhibitor don’t change the variation of fruit growth,only advance the height of peak. The contents of sugar,acidity change at different stages,after veration,fruit rigidity gradually decline,while lightness and redness increase. The dispose of girdling ,GA, photorespiration inhibitor can all augment berry,the dispose of girdling can optimize berry quality, the dispose of photorespiration inhibitor can postpone maturity of berry. The berry weight,the contents of TSS increase with reduction of remained berry capacity , cluster can be standard and berry quality can be relatively better with 40~60 berries remained per cluster. The dispose of outer GA significantly boosts the contents of endogenous auxin at earlier stages ,the emergence of the GA peak tallys with the growth peak of berry,net photosynthesis increases with rise of nodes ,net photosynthesis of lateral shoot leaves are higher than those of primary shoot leaves on bearing shoot.The dispose of photorespiration inhibitor significantly increase net photosynthesis.Girdling improves berry quality by change photosynthesis production flow.
