全球红葡萄需肥规律及其高产、优质、高效施肥研究
Study on the Pattern of Requirement of Fertilizer and Fertilization for High Yield、Quality and Efficiency of Red Globe Grape

【摘要】 通过对氮、磷、钾在全球红葡萄各器官中的分配和浓度变化及氮、磷、钾素在葡萄各生育阶段含量变化的研究,得到全球红葡萄的需肥规律。采用三因素四水平田间施肥试验得到全球红葡萄的施肥参数:(1)肥料利用率分别为氮肥(N 46%)31.04%、磷肥(P2O5 46%)5.26%、钾肥(K2O 33%)48.65%;(2)土壤养分利用率氮素0.7386、磷素0.7018、钾素0.2969;(3)每100kg 葡萄产量吸收N 0.6806kg、P2O5 0.3988kg、K2O 0.8154kg。试验表明,在一定肥料施用量条件下,氮、磷、钾肥对全球红葡萄均有增产作用,且增产效果氮肥>钾肥>磷肥。在试验地区全球红葡萄氮、磷、钾肥料效应函数:Y=1061.647+41.6969N-0.6587N2+24.6112P-0.9530P2+36.4696K-0.8227K2,其经济最佳施肥量:氮肥30.18kg/667m2、磷肥11.66kg/667m2、钾肥21.22kg/667m2;最佳施肥配比:N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.39:0.98。品质检验结果为:氮肥能够提高单粒重,对产量影响较大,但是氮肥施用量过多会提高浆果可滴定酸含量从而降低果实品质;磷肥可提高浆果可溶性固形物,降低可滴定酸含量;钾肥对提高浆果可溶性固形物有重要作用。
【Abstract】 Content:Through studying distribution and consistency variation of nitrogen、phosphorus、potassium in organ and content of nitrogen、phosphorus、potassium in every period of Red Globe grape,we conclude the pattern of requirement of fertilizer of Red Globe grape. By doing field fertilizer experiment with 3 factors 4 levels of Red Globe grape,we obtain fertilizer parameter of Red Globe grape(1)utilization ratio of nitrogen fertilizer (N 46%)、phosphorus fertilizer(P2O5 46%)、potassium fertilizer(K2O 33%) is 31.04%,5.26%,48.65%;(2)utilization coefficient of nitrogen in soil is 0.7386,utilization coefficient of phosphorus in soil is 0.7018,utilization coefficient of potassium in soil is 0.2969;(3)the amount of nitrogen、phosphorus 、potassium absorbed by 100kg grape is 0.6806kg , 0.3988kg, 0.8154kg respectively. The result of experiment indicates nitrogen fertilizer、phosphorus fertilizer、potassium fertilizer in the suitable number of fertilization have effect on increasing yield of grape and the effect of nitrogen on increasing yield is highest. We also calculate the fertilizer response function of Red Globe grape :Y=1061.647+41.6969N-0.6587N2+24.6112P-0.9530P2+36.4696K-0.8227K2 , its economic optimum fertilization:nitrogen fertilizer 30.18kg/667m2 , phosphorus fertilizer 11.66kg/667m2,potassium fertilizer 21.22kg/667m2 and optinum ratio of fertilization:N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.39:0.98. The result of testing quality is that nitrogen fertilizer can raise weight of per berry,but too much of nitrogen fertilizer can increase titratable acidity and decrease quality of berry;phosphorus fertilizer can improve content of total soluble solids in berry and reduce titratable acidity,potassium fertilizer has important function to increase content of total soluble solids.
