【摘要】 本研究通过分析比较信息技术在中美教育领域的应用现状及对教育的影响,着重探讨美国的信息技术教育思想,找出了信息科技在美国教育应用中的闪光点,与我国信息技术在教育领域的应用现状及其对教育的影响进行了比较研究,指出了我国信息技术在教育应用中存在的问题,如:网络教育环境构建问题、网上教育资源建设问题、教学支持服务体系开发问题、信息时代教育模式、教育结构、教学方式、学习方式的变革问题以及教育观的转变等问题。概括了我国信息时代进行教育变革、解决实际问题的理论基础,并以它们为理论指导,对我国信息时代的教育模式、教育结构、教育环境以及教育理念进行变革和创新。在借鉴美国信息技术环境中先进教学方式和学习方式的基础上,以信息技术为支撑和工具拓展了我国教育教学方式和学习方式,构建了四种新的教学方式和四种新的学习方式,并对我国网络教育环境构建、网上教育资源建设、教学支持服务体系开发等提出了具体的方式方法,对我国开展网络教育、加强现代教育设施有效利用、信息技术发展带来的负面影响提出了具体的意见与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper will discuss current information about the application of American information technology (IT). This will be achieved through comparisons of the systems of the United States. The theory of American IT education is emphatically discussed-the main point of the application of IT education in the US is also uncovered. Comparisons between the US education system and China’s system are made-the new problems and shortcomings in using IT teaching practices in China are revealed and defined. The issues discussed include: the construction of online educational environment, the construction of online educational resources, the open-up system of teaching support services, the reform issues and the educational idea development for educational mould, educational methods, teaching methods and learning methods, to discover the basic theory and the keys of educational reform for the IT period in our country, and to adopt this theory as the guidance, to make the reforms and innovation on the educational mould, structure , environment and ideas, on the basis of referring to the advanced teaching method and learning method in IT from the USA, to implement our teaching methods and learning methods by the tools of IT, to form four kinds of new teaching methods and learning methods by the support of IT, some valid ways and methods have been put forward with regards to internet educational environment forming, internet educational resource construction and teaching support service system, as well as the solutions and suggestions for the improper influence to our country during the period of internet teaching, full use of modern equipment and IT development.更多还原
