【摘要】 教育,是人类文化延续最重要、最有效的手段,没有一种文化不是通过教育传承下来和传播出去的。任何一种文化形态一旦进入教育系统,就会以教育自身的规律将其整归重组并将其系统化,因此教育有着不可估量的作用。教育之于社会,是具有其自身独立自行的,它应站在历史的高度,审视并修正文明的发展方向,传递人类文化精髓,培养人的独立人格与创造精神,将社会与文明引入富于人性化的、符合自然平衡规律的发展轨道。音乐艺术教育能提高人的审美能力,是提高人全面素质的必由之路。音乐教育在徳智体美劳教育中的地位,强调了在素质教育中音乐教育的独特作用。改革中要确立以人为本的思想理念。把音乐教育改革作为提高音乐素质修养的有效手段。音乐艺术教育通过创造协调平衡的文化生态状态,在美育,智育,德育或体育等方面的发挥了独特效应,丰富人的情感体验,提升人的道德修养,促进人的个性发展,是一个符合科学逻辑的客观规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Edncation is a most efficient way to descend human culture. And there is not a culture which is not passed down and transferred through education. Once entering into the educational system, any cultural form would dajust and reconstruct its own rules and systemize it. So education stands an important role here. To soinety, education has its independent aspect. Education,which stands over the whole history, should take an over-all view of the direction of cultural development and transter the core of human cultwre,cultivating people’indepent spirit and their creative power,Education would put humanity into society ad civilization which is in accordance with natural harmony. Music Art Education aims at enhancing the people overall qualities. It occupies a dominant position in the education of enabling the people to develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically and emphasizes the unique role in quality education. Therefore, it is an effective means of improving the accomplishment of music quality. Moreover, Music Art Education is an objective law conforming to scientific logic, which can enrich the people emotional experience, highlights the people moral accomplishment, and promotes the growth of individual character, by means of creating the cultural ecological climate of harmonious balance.更多还原
