水中表面活性剂催化的一些有机合成反应的研究

【摘要】 本文共分2 章: 第1 章:水中一些有机合成反应的研究进展自从二十世纪八十年代以来,Breslow 发现了水可以作为有机反应的溶剂[1],以水作为有机反应溶剂的绿色有机合成已有文献报道,如Claisen 重排、Aldol 缩合、Diels-Alder 反应、Michael 加成反应、亲核加成、亲核取代、氧化还原反应、自由基反应和有机光化学反应等。水相中的有机合成反应越来越成为有机化学研究的热点。第2 章:水中表面活性剂催化下一些有机合成反应的研究2.1 水中十二烷基苯磺酸催化下1,8-二氧代八氢化氧杂葸的合成以十二烷基苯磺酸(I)BSA)为催化剂,芳醛和5,5-二甲基.1,3-环己二酮为原料,于水中合成了3,3,6,6.四甲基-9-芳基-1,8-二氧代八氢化氧杂葸。此方法具有操作简便, 催化剂价廉易得、活性高、对环境友好、可重复使用等优点. 2.2 水中十二烷基苯磺酸催化下l,8.二氧代八氢吖啶的一步合成以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为催化剂,芳醛、5,5.二甲基.1,3-环己二酮和对甲苯胺为原料,于水中一步合成3,3,6,6.四甲基-9-芳基-10-对甲苯基-1,8-二氧代八氢吖啶。此方法具有操作简便,催化剂价廉易得、活性高、对环境友好、可回收重复使用等优点. 2.3 超声波促进十二烷基苯磺酸催化水中合成1,8-二氧代八氢氧杂葸超声促进十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)催化,芳香醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮作用, 于水中合成了l,8-二氧代八氢氧杂葸衍生物。该方法具有产率高、催化剂价廉易得、对环境友好、操作简单等优点。2.4 水中十二烷醇硫酸钠催化下醛与5,5-二甲基.1,3-环己二酮的反应十二烷醇硫酸钠催化下,一系列醛与5,5-二甲基.1,3-环己二酮反应在水中合成了的2,2’-亚甲基双(3-羟基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮)衍生物。此方法操作简单、对环境友好、催化剂价廉易得。.

【Abstract】 This thesis consists of two chapters. Chapter one:Progress of the organic synthesis reactions in aqueous media Since 1 980,Breslow had discovered that Diels-Alder reaction performed in water carl besubject to huge accelerations.The observation led to increased interest from synthetic organic.chemists in organic reactions in water. Chapter two:Studies on the organic synthesis reactions in aqueous media catalyzed by surfactant In the first part,an efficient and convenient approach to the synthesis of 9-aryl 一1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthene defivmives using P-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid(DBSA)as the catalyst(1 0 m01%)is described.This method provides several advantages such as environment friendliness,high yields and simple work-up procedure. In the second part,reaction of aromatic aldehyde,5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione and P--toluidine in water were successfully carried out in the presence of P--dodecylbenzene--sulfonic acid(DBSA)as a Brdnsted acid-surfactant-combined catalyst.This method provides several advantages such as environment friendliness,high yields and simple work—up procedure. In the third part,An efficient and convenient approach to the synthesis of 9-aryl 一1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthene derivatives using P-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA)as the catalyst(10 m01%)under ultrasound irradiation is described.This method provides several advantages such as environment friendliness,high yields and simple work-up procedure. In the fourth part,An efficient and convenient approach to the synthesis of the products from aldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione using the surfactant catalyst sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)(10 m01%)is described.This method provides several advantages such as environment friendliness,high yields and simple work-up procedure.
