【摘要】 党的先进性,是党赖以生存和发展的根本依据,是党的生命所系、力量所在。党的先进性建设,是政党自身建设的根本任务和核心问题。党的先进性的科学内涵可以从两个方面来体现:从静态上,党的先进性是指党自身拥有的先进性条件,如阶级基础的先进性、指导思想的先进性等;从动态上,党的先进性是指党在推动历史前进中的作用。“三个代表”重要思想就是党的先进性的最新诠释。党的先进性是与阶级性、群众性、时代性和实践性的统一。保持党的先进性重要作用在于,党的先进性是党的生命。新时期,面对国际挑战、国内考验和党自身的制约因素,保持党的先进性,是一个迫切需要解决的重大问题。保持党的先进性需要以改革的精神推进党的建设。只有加强党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和执政能力建设,我们党才能更好的保持自身的先进性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advance of the Party, it is whom the Party depends on for existence and development,and is the life and the strength of the Party. The construction g of the advance of the Party isthe basic a self-building task of the Party, and it is a key question to the Party too.The scientific intension of the advance of the Party can reflect from two respects: Fromthe static behavior, the advance of the Party refers to Party’s owned advanced condition, suchas the advance of the class basis, advance of the guidelines; From the dynamic behavior theadvance of the Party means that the Party promotes history advance function. The importantthought of “Three Represents”is an annotation explanatory note newly on the advance of theParty. The advance of the Party is united with the class nature, mass, era and practicality.Keeping the important function of the advance of the Party lies in that the advance of theParty is a life of the Party. In new period, facing on the international challenge, domestic testand party’s own restriction factor, it is an urgent important issue to be solved to keep theadvance of the Party. It needs to advance the Party-building in spirit of reform to keep theadvance of the Party. Only strengthen the thought construction, organizational building, styleconstruction, institutional improvement and construction of ability of administration of theParty, could our Party keep one’s own advance better.更多还原
