【摘要】 建设社会主义政治文明是党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的一项重要指标。可是,在社会主义政治文明建设的过程中,我们却遇到了一些非制度化的障碍,使国家颁布的政策、法令难以长久有效地执行;而且,一部分国民仿佛还很留恋传统,留恋人治的治国理念,从而对当前的宪政建设、对当前的法治文明熟视无睹。这就促使我们不得不追根溯源,从社会的内因层面去寻求社会主义政治文明建设之路。本文正是以此为基点,对国民的文化心理,进行了理论上的阐述和历史上的分析,重点辩证地分析了当前国民的文化心理,使人们能够有意识地认识到文化心理,即文化潜意识的存在,取其精华、去其糟粕,使其能够真正的为我所用,为社会主义政治文明建设所用,使生活在其中的每一个社会主义公民都能够自觉地向社会主义政治文明的康庄大道迈进!更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important index of building the well-off society in an all-round way that the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China puts forward to build socialist political civilization. But, in the course of socialist political civilization construction, we have met some non-institutionalized obstacles. Policy , decree of making the country issue are difficult by carrying out effectively for a long time ; And, most people seem that also yearn for the tradition very much, and for the idea of running a country ruled by men. Thus build , turn a blind eye to the present civilization governed by law to the present constitutional government. This impels us to have to trace to its source. Go to seek the way of socialist political civilization construction from the internal cause aspect of the society. This text exactly regards this as the basic point , the culture psychology to people, having given a full exposition of history and theory , especially have analysed the culture psychology of present people dialectically in focal point. Enable people to realize the culture psychology , the existence of namely cultural subconscious consciously. Selecting the essence, discarding the dross. The ones that made it can be real were used by us, used by socialist political civilization construction, Make every socialist citizen living among them can march towards the broad and well-paved road of the socialist political civilization conscientiously !更多还原
