郭恩绵教授治疗肾炎蛋白尿的经验

【摘要】 蛋白尿是慢性肾炎的一个诊断指标,持续蛋白尿不仅是肾小球肾炎的病理产物,也是继续损伤肾脏、独立于其他致病因素之外的病因。蛋白尿在临床上缠绵难愈,郭老师通过辨证论治,提出蛋白尿的病机以脾肾两虚为主,且偏于肾阴虚。治疗上以益气健脾,滋阴补肾为基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Albuminuria is one of the diagnostic standard of chronic glomerulonephritis, the continuing presence of albumin in the urine is not only pathological result of glomerulonephritis, but also continue hurting kidney and a pathogeny which resist out of other nosogenesis. Albuminuria is hard to be treated, through analyse symptom, professor Guo bring forward the pathology of albuminuria is based on pi-sh en empty, even shen-yin.
