新型含派啶环或Schiff碱基团的三唑类化合物的合成,表征及生物活性研究

【摘要】 农药按防治对象主要分为杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀菌剂、除草剂四大类。三氮唑类化合物作为一类重要的有机杀菌剂,以其高效、广谱、内吸等特点在防治真菌方面起着重要的作用。研究开发新结构类型的三唑类化合物已成为该类化合物的研究热点。 本论文的内容对三唑类化合物的结构、合成、应用、作用机制和研究进展进行了综述,利用生物电子等排原理,将不同作用机制的活性基团引入三唑类化合物中,设计合成了含有哌啶和Schiff碱结构类型共17个新型三唑类化合物,并培养了三个化合物单晶,其结构通式如下: 我们对所合成的化合物通过~1H NMR、IR、MS、EA等表征手段进行了结构表征,并对培养出的三个化合物的单晶通过单晶X-射线衍射分析进行结构测定,确证了化合物的结构。探索了化合物的合成方法及结构活性关系。生物活性测试结构表明:合成化合物具有一定的杀菌活性,但总体活性不高。部分化合物晶体结构测试结果表明,晶体结构中广泛存在的C-H…Y超分子作用力和π…π堆积作用,对晶体结构的稳定起到了积极作用。

【Abstract】 Pesticides can be divided into many parts, such as pesticides, acaricide, fungicides and herbicides. Having highly efficient, broad spectrum and inward-absorbent, triazole compounds, which are mainly used to prevent epiphyte, play a great role in fungicide. Developing novel structural triazole compounds is the research focus at present.In this paper, we have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles. Different active groups of action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Piperidine ring and Schiff base were introduced into the structures of triazoles compounds and seventeen novel triazole compounds were synthesized in two types. They are summarized as follows:Their structures were confirmed by means of ~1H NMR, IR, MS, EA and X-ray determination (three single crystals of these compounds were obtained). Biological activities were also researched and all the compounds were found to show some fungicidal activities and plant growth regulation activities, but the fungicidal activities are not high.
