混炼胶贮存稳定性研究及作为检定硫化仪用标准物质的应用

【摘要】 硫化是橡胶制品生产中最重要的工艺过程,硫化仪可以测得胶料硫化全过程的特征。由于硫化仪种类繁多,型号各异,各种类型的仪器由于结构、性能、生产厂家以及仪器的新旧程度的差异,如果不用标准物质对其进行校准,各仪器测得的结果无法互相比较,无法判断测量仪器是否正常,测量结果的可靠性也无法证实。为了确保硫化仪测试结果的准确、可靠和量值统一,需要研制混炼橡胶作为硫化性能标准物质,对各种硫化仪进行检定。目前国内尚未有标准的基准胶料,国外这方面的研究也只是处于起步阶段。 本课题以制备检定硫化仪标准物质为目标,研究了生胶结构、硫化配合体系、老化防护体系、贮存条件对混炼胶硫化特性贮存稳定性的影响。 实验选用不饱和的乳聚丁苯橡胶和饱和的国产26系列氟橡胶,研究了不同硫化体系、硫磺用量、活化剂用量、促进剂种类对混炼胶贮存稳定性的影响,并对胶料进行了16个月的稳定性跟踪考察。 实验结果发现: 丁苯橡胶中过氧化物硫化体系与硫磺硫化体系相比具有较好的硫化特性贮存稳定性,在低温下贮存三个月,最大平衡扭矩变化在5%以内。 丁苯橡胶硫黄硫化体系,促进剂用量1.5份,其稳定性随硫黄用量的增加而下降,在3个月贮存期内,硫黄用量1份时,MH值变化率为2.85%,硫化活化能为114.25 KJ·mol-1·K-1;硫黄用量2.5份,变化率14.57%,硫化活化能为72.26 KJ·mol-1·K-1。可以看出硫黄用量的增加使硫化活化能降低,硫化反应更容易进行,硫化稳定性下降。 活化剂氧化锌用量增加,最大平衡扭矩的稳定性随之增加,未
【Abstract】 Vulcanization is the most important craft course in the rubber products production .The vulcameter can reflect the overall characteristic about the whole course of vulcanization.The vulcanization used at present is various in style, and the new or old degree and the structure , manufacturer.if there is no standard material to regulate it,every instrument result obtained from it will be unable to compare each other. It is unable to judge whether the measuring instrument is normal, and the dependability of the result is unable to verify. To verify the accurate, reliable and quantity of the testing result, should prepare one kind of mixing rubber as reference material to correct the different vulcameter. Now having no reference material yet in our country and the research in this respect is just at the starting stage too in foreign country.The object of this paper is to prepare one kind of reference material for examining vulcameter,for that ,wo studied the effects of constructue of the rubber ,sulphurating system ,age- protecting system and the condition of storing on the storing stability of vulcanization property .The experiment selected the unsaturated rubber (SBR) and domestic 26 serial Fluorine rubber to study the effects of different sulphurate system,sulphur consumption ,activator consumption and accelerator kind on the stability of mixing rubber. and has carried on the stability investigate for 16 months.Results show that: The mixed rubber of SBR with the peroxide vulcanizing system have a better storing stability of vulcanization property than sulfur vulcanizing system, under the environment of the low temperature, the change of its is less than 5%. In the mixed rubber of SBR with vulcanizing system of sulfur, the dose ofaccelerator was fixed in 1.5phr, the storing stability droped with the dose sulfur’s increasing.In three months of storing , when the dose of sulfur is 1 phr, the Mh of the sample is only changed 2.85%,the cure activation energy is 114. 25 KJ·mol-K’1. however when the dose of sulfur is added to 2.5phr, the rate is increased to 14.57%, and the cure activation energy is reduced to 72.26 KJ-mor’lC’.the result shows the increasing of consumption of sulphur will reduce the cure activation energy,this makes vulcanization react more easy to happen, makes the the storing stability drop.The stability of Mh is imprived with the increase of activator ZnO consumption. The mixed rubber with no ZnO , when stored for 4 months, Mh has been reduced by 15. 1%. However, the mixed rubber with 2phr ZnO , the rate of change of the Mh is only 11. 1%, When the dose of the ZnO rise to 8phr from 2phr, the rate of change of the MH is by 11. 1% is reduced to 7. 5%.We studied effect of the accelerator TMTD> NOBSs D, DM> CZ on the the stability of vulcanization property, it shows that the mixed rubber with the accelerator NOBS with the scorch-resisting group have better storing stability of vulcanization property.Scorch retarder CTP can not only prevent the rubber from scorching, but asle make the mixed rubber have better storing stability of vulcanization property.The mixed rubber of the unsaturated rubber (SBR) is stored under the room temperature condition with photophobic static behavior, in this condition the thermal-Oxidative ageing and ozonization will happen. We select some anti-aging agent include anti-ageing agent A,DTPD,AW,RD,688,4010,4020and anti-ageing agent D to protect the mixed rubber from thermal-Oxidative ageing, the result shows: the protecting efficiency line up in the order: anti-ageing agentA, DTPD,D,RD+688, 688,4010,4020,RD,AW. Using the microlite paraffin and the anti-ageing agent ZPPDx ETDQ at the same time, can effectively protect ozonization.The mixed rubber of Fluorine rubber with bisphenol AF sulphurate system,under the storing temperature, forms the double bond less ,so it have better storing stability and makes the property of every batch mixed rubber even. In bisphenol AF sulphurate system, When the dose of bisphenol AF probably equals 6 compared with the dose of BPP ,its vulcanization activation energy can be highest, help to improve the storing stability.
