密炼机控制系统设计及其智能化研究

【摘要】 混炼是各种配合剂在生胶中混合和分散的过程,其目的是实现配合剂特别是炭黑在胶料中的均匀分散。现在,混炼主要通过密炼机来进行,密炼过程是按规定的步序进行加料混炼,并根据一定准则进行排胶的过程;其机理复杂,而且影响因素众多,因此难于对其机理进行建模,这在很大程度上约束了人们对混炼的效果进行有效的控制,而只能凭经验进行把握。 密炼机混炼过程的控制方法主要包括时间控制法、温度控制法、能量控制法、功率控制法以及它们的组合控制法,本文在介绍各种控制方法的基础上,设计了密炼机的控制系统,实现对密炼机混炼过程的控制、检测和状态显示;本文着重介绍了本控制系统的组成结构和各组成部分的工作原理,并完成了硬件系统元件的选择以及连接组装,上、下位机软件系统的功能设计和程序实现,抗干扰系统的硬件和软件设计等工作,同时完成了系统组装和调试。 近代发展起来的模糊控制、神经网络控制和智能控制为密炼机的混炼过程控制提供了强有力的工具,利用模糊控制的仿人的特性可以对混炼过程进行调控,利用神经网络强大的建模能力可以对混炼过程进行建模,通过智能控制的方法可以对两者进行有机的结合,实现对密炼机混炼的智能决策和控制,实现密炼机的智能化。基于此,本文研究了密炼机智能控制系统模糊控制器和密炼机混炼过程神经网络模型的建立方法,并研究了密炼机智能控制系统的体系框架。

【Abstract】 Mixing is the process of additive elements are interfused and disperse into rubber, which purpose is making the additive elements’ especially the carbon black dispersing well-proportioned. Nowadays, the process is mainly performed by internal mixer, and it includes putting stuff in orderly and pumping them under some criterions. The process is so complicated and multi-affected that it is hardly modeled, which restricts the operator’s effective control for the rubber’s quality but by experience.Several means can be used in controlling mixing, including time, temperature, energy, power and the combination of them, base on which the control system was designed in this paper, which can be used for mixing control, state detecting and display. So the system’s structure and its function, hardware system’s unit-choice, function and structure, software system’s function and programming, the methods of anti-jamming both of hardware and software and the testing work of this system were introduced.Fuzzy control, neural network and intelligent control can be used in controlling internal mixer when mixing. The characteristic of imitating human thinking make fuzzy-control can control the mixing process, the strong modeling ability make neural network can build the model of the mixing process, and intelligent control can organize fuzzy control system and neural network so that curry out intelligent decision-making and control and achieve mixer’s intelligence. So several correlative content including the fuzzy controller of intelligent system, the method of building neural network of mixing and the frame of mixer’s intelligent control system is performed in this paper.
