水性涂料的制备

【摘要】 随着人们环保意识的提高,许多国家相继颁布了有关控制有机挥发物在涂料中使用量的(VOC)法令。在这种背景下水性涂料得到迅速的发展。相信随着涂料专家们对水性树脂结构、性能的深入研究,水性涂料会变得施工更方便、涂膜性能更优异,各种特殊功能的环保涂料将被开发出来以满足人类不同的需要。 本论文分为三章。第一章介绍了水性涂料的种类、国内外的发展现状和前景以及水性涂料市场的现状和存在的问题。第二章介绍了水性醇酸漆乳液与其制备过程。第三章介绍了水性聚氨酯涂料的分类和相关的化学反应以及水性聚氨酯的制备过程。 本论文试验部分为两个部分:醇酸乳胶漆部分和水性聚氨酯漆部分。其中,醇酸树脂乳液部分对醇酸树脂乳液用乳化剂的种类进行了筛选,确定了乳化剂的最佳用量、乳化温度、中和剂的用量、以及最佳的乳化工艺条件,制备出稳定性良好的醇酸树脂乳液。然后,又研究了催干剂的加入方法、催干剂用量对干燥时间的影响,制备出成品醇酸乳胶漆。并对产品进行了性能测试。水性聚氨酯部分对原料进行了选择,通过丙酮法合成了水性聚氨酯。探讨了CNO/OH、DMPA含量、软硬段比例、交联剂含量对漆膜性能的影响,通过优化得到合理配方并对产品进行了性能测试。结果表明本论文合成的两种乳液有优异的性能可以应用做涂料。

【Abstract】 People’s consciousness of environmental protecting imporved, many countries promulgated laws to cortrol the organic volatile in coatings. Under this background, water-borned coatings were boostly developed. Water-borned coatings would be certainly more easy to paint and have excellent film performance in the future, along with coating experts deeply studying the resin configuration. At the same time , many kinds of special used environmental coatings will be invented to satisfy people’s requirement.This paper including tree abdges. First abdge introduced the kinds of water-borned coatings, researching level, foreground and markting status and the problem. Second abdge introduced alkyd latex and it’s preparation. Third abdge introduced water-based polyurethane, correlative reactions and it’s preparation.Experimentation of this paper can be divided into two parts: Alkyd latex and Water-based polyurethane. In Alkyd latex part we choosed emulsifiers, confirmed the dosage of emulsifer and neutralization reagent, confirmed the temperature and optimized emulsification arts. We prepared a stable alkyd emulsion, and research the adding method of dryness katalyst and it’s affection on dryness time. We tested the performance of finished product. In water-based polyurethane (WPU) part we choosed materials, synthesized WPU by Acetone Route. We disscussed the factors on film performance which include CNO/OH, DMPA content, soft segment and hard segment and crosslinker content. We optimized the prescription and test the product’s performance. The result indicated the two emulsions we prepared have excellent properties and can be used as coatings.
