村民自治中农民政治素养缺失及其对策研究

【摘要】 作为我国民主政治的伟大实践的村民自治制度实施已经二十多年了。在这段历史时期中,广大农民群众亲身经历和参与民主选举、民主管理、民主决策、民主监督,在民主实践中使自身的政治素养有了提高。但是由于外部的,内部的;传统的,现在的等等方面的原因,致使当今我国农民的政治素养还不容乐观。本文在个案调查的基础上,分析了村民自治中农民政治素养缺失的原因,提出了提高农民政治素养的应对之策。本人在阅读了大量有关村民自治方面理论的基础上,结合自己对村民自治的一些看法,对村民自治中农民政治素养问题作了一些初步的探讨。具体来讲本文除引言外分四个部分:第一部分是农民政治素养在村民自治中的重要意义的阐述。从村民自治与政治素养、农民与村民自治;哲学基础——价值主体与创造主体的统一;马克思主意经典作家的论述等三个方面进行了论证。第二部分是研究当今我国农民政治素养的实证依据。通过对我国东、中、西部具有一定代表性的村进行调查,并对调查数据进行汇总分析,得出农民政治素养缺失的主要表现。第三部分是村民自治中农民政治素养缺失的原因分析。从对影响农民政治素养的外部环境和农村中思想政治工作的分析,指出农民政治素养缺失的原因。第四部分是针对农民政治素养缺失的原因,提出的一些可行性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Last more than 20 years as the autonomy system of villagers of great practice of thedemocratic politics of our country. During this phase of historical periods, the masses ofpeasantry’s personal experiences, participating in democratic election , democratic management ,democratic decision-making , democratic supervision, make one’s own political accomplishmentimprove in the democratic practice. But because of external, the inside one; Traditional, waiting amoment for reasonning of respect present, cause of our country political accomplishment ofpeasant also allow of no optimist nowadays. This text has analysed the reasons why peasant’spolitical accomplishment of villager’s autonomy lacks on the basis of the things that the case isinvestigated, have proposed improving the slip dealt with of peasant’s political accomplishment.I am on the basis of reading a large amount of about villager’s autonomy respect theory,combine one’s own some views on villager’s autonomy , has done some preliminary discussions topeasant’s political accomplishment question among villager’s autonomy.Particularly this text divides into four parts besides foreword :First part It is the exposition of peasant’s political important meaning in villager’s autonomyof accomplishment. Autonomy from villager’s autonomy and political accomplishment , peasantand villager; Philosophical foundation --Value subject and creating the unity of the subject ; Threerespects , such as argumentation of the author of a classic of Marx’s idea ,etc. have been proved .Second part Nowadays study the real example basis of peasant’s political accomplishment ofour country.
