电网调度自动化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 电力的生产在每个国家的国民经济和社会生活中占据重要的地位,电网调度自动化系统是保证电网安全、经济、优质运行的重要手段。 随着经济、技术的发展,社会对于电能的需求量的不断增加,对于电力系统的安全、经济、优质供电提出了更高的要求。为了适应这一要求,郑州市电业局组织了对于郑州地调SCADA系统的升级换代工作,并且为了达到减人增效的目的,建设了农科、东风、牛砦、卧龙等4座110kV集控站SCADA系统。作者有幸参加了这些系统的开发工作。本文以地调SCADA系统为基础,阐述了作者在开发过程中取得的一些经验和认识。 调度自动化系统主要由主站系统和子站系统两部分组成。主站系统(AGC/EMS/SCADA)通过数据通道接收放置在发电厂、变电站(子站)内的RTU或综合自动化系统采集的当地电气量数据和信息,利用主站系统的SCADA、EMS及AGC等高级应用功能,对变电站和发电厂进行监视和控制。变电站内的综合自动化设备,接收来自主站系统的命令,并结合其自身的自动控制功能,对子站的设备进行控制。 本文主要阐述了郑州地调基于客户/服务器模式的SCADA系统,根据郑州电网的实际情况,系统采用了基于UNIX环境下的Oracle 8i作为后台数据库,并用面向对象的Visual C++作为前台开发工具。它涉及电力系统的数据采集、数据编码传输、数据处理以及各种高级应用功能,为保证电力系统的安全运行提供了强有力的技术手段。该系统具有较高的安全性和实用性,系统结构清晰、用户界面友好,在实际的生产运行中取得了很好的实用价值和经济效益。 本文第一章简要介绍了本文介绍了系统产生的原因及其技术背景。第二章对本系统的结构和功能模块进行了描述。第三章对系统的数据结构和数据组织进行了阐述。第四章是本论文的重点,对电网调度自动化系统主要部件的分析、设计和实现做了详细的描述,主要有SGADA系统与商用数据库的接口实现、地区电网无功功率与电压最优控制等。第五章对本系统在安全性方面的措施进行了阐述。第六章对系统的现状及发展方向进行了分析与研究。第七章致谢。 现在,郑州地调SCADA系统已完成了开发任务。目前,正在郑州市电业局试运行。从运行情况看,该系统达到了设计要求,使用效果良好,能准确地为各级用户提供信息服务。

【Abstract】 It plays an important role in the national economy and social life at every country to product electric power, the EMS system is an important means to ensure the power system running safety, economy and high quality.With the development of economy and technology, the requirement of electric power is constantly increased. And these require Power system running more safety, more economy and high quality. In order to meet the demand, The zhengzhou electric power bureau organized the update of SCADA system of Zhengzhou Electric Power Dispatching Center (ZZEPDC), in addition, constructing SCADA system of nongke, dongfeng, niuzhai,wolong center control master stations. I was luckily to take part in the development work of these systems.Taking the SCADA system of ZZEPDC as the foundation, this paper expounds the experience acquired from participating in the developing work.The electric power dispatching automation system is composed of master station and slave stations. It process is that through the communication channel, the master station(AGC/EMS/SCADA) receive the local data of the slave stations and power plants, and play supervisory and data acquisition function of slave stations. The RTU of the slave stations receive the instruction from the master station, control the equipment of slave station.This paper elaborates the design and implementation of SCADA system of ZEPDS that is based on Client/Server computing model. According to the real circumstance of Zhengzhou Electric Power Network, the system adopts Oracle 8i, which runs under UNIX, and Visual C++, which can offer object oriented method, as background database and foreground programming tool respectively. The system involved data acquisition, data coding transfer, data manage and some advanced application of electric power network, It offer a power technology means to assure the safety of electric power network. It has high security and practicability, the structure is clear, the user interface is friendly. We obtain better practical and economy profit in using the system.First, the paper introduces the reason to develop the SCADA system of ZEPDS and its technical background of bringing. Then, in the second chapter, the paper discusses structure and function modules of the system. In the third chapter, the paper introduces data structure of the system. The analysis, design and implementation of the SCADA system of ZEPDS are discussed in the fourth as the most important part of this paper. In the fifths chapter, the paper introduces the safe means take in the system. In the end, the author analyzes the existence and future of this system.Now, the SCADA system of ZEPDS has accomplished the developing assignment. It has been putting into test_running in Zhengzhou Electric Power Dispatching Center. From the result of test_running, this system has attached the goal of designing, the using result is good, it can server all users more quickly and more accurately.
