【摘要】 教学管理是学校管理的核心工作,其工作的复杂性、综合性客观上要求高超的现代化管理手段。通过计算机教学管理系统实施学校教学工作的综合管理,是提升学校教学管理工作的水平,是促进学校管理进步的有效手段。本项目开发是针对职业学院教学管理现实条件,研究职业教育学分制和学年制共存的教学管理需求,设计出的一种在Lan 和Internet 网络环境下使用的教育管理信息系统。本文首先在分析了职业教育学分制教学管理系统的现状、特点的基础上,提出了教学管理系统设计的总体方案和系统实现的目标、功能以及开发思路。然后,详细阐述了学籍管理、教务管理、排课管理、考试管理、成绩管理、教材管理、经费管理、院系教学点办学管理、档案管理以及对外网站管理的工作业务流程和对管理系统的客观需求,完成了对开发教学管理系统的全面系统需求分析。第三,阐述了系统的总体设计原则、系统开发环境、研究方法、技术路线以及相关功能;网络数据库的设计与实施方案、各子系统的设计、人机界面的设计、校外教学站点管理系统的设计、实现方面应注意的问题以及用户权限设计的要求等,完成了开发教学管理系统的总体设计,在设计中兼顾了简单明了和高效实用的原则。最后,介绍了旧系统数据迁移、新系统数据清洗的实施工作,以及探讨了对系统数据进行纠错与清洗、测试和应用情况。以上设计工作为学校教学管理系统的开发完成了系统的需求分析和总体的设计工作,系统的开发也为学校教学管理工作的改革预留了进一步升级的空间,具有良好的可拓展性,同时对于其它职业教育教学管理系统、其它高校教学管理系统和相关的信息管理系统的开发具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The higher management level is required to meet the demand of integrated and complicated teaching management, it’s the efficiency means for the improving of teaching management through the usage of teaching management of information system(TMIS). This project is based on the institution of the real teaching situation of vocational college to design the teaching management of information system under the environment of Internet and Lan. Firstly, the general design plan, the objectives, the functions and the effective are described after the analysis of the real situation of vocational college credit management. Then, The system requirements have been also analysis from all sides of the system which includes the student status system , the teaching management system , the courses elective system , the examination system, the students’scores management system, the books management system,the outlay system, the out-campus teaching system, the files management system, and the Web management system. Thirdly, the system general principles, the ways for the design and the functions in the total system design have also been demonstrated in details. The database system design and its implementation methods have been introduced. It’s covered by the design of the database structures and some solutions have been described in its implementation. In the last, transaction managements have been introduced in dealing with the data from the old system to the new one. The applications and design of TMIS is valuable for another teaching information system. Also there are still some remain fields for the upgrade of the teaching reform,the expand feature is remained well.更多还原
