【摘要】 新世纪初,中国提出走和平崛起道路,引起了世界的极大关注,在国内外产生了重大影响。 和平崛起即一国对内对外通过和平的而非暴力、战争的方式(途径)实现国家地位和影响力相对提升的过程。 中国和平崛起是对改革开放以来中国社会发展实践的理论总结和对随之而来的国内外众多难题的有力回应,深刻反映了中国对内对外通过和平的而非暴力、战争的方式(途径)来实现国家地位和影响力相对提升的过程,体现了国际法中的国家主权原则和中国的国家本质、外交政策传统、民族本性、文化特性,符合中国的基本国情,具有合法性和合理性。中国和平崛起是中国一项根本意义上的大战略,有着极其丰富、深刻的内涵和伟大的理论和实践意义。中国和平崛起是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路,是时代的选择,中国的选择,历史的必然。实践证明,它正在为世界上越来越多的个人、组织和国家所赞赏、认同。然而,中国是世界上最大的社会主义国家、最大的发展中国家,仍然存在着众多“大规模发展难题”①,这决定了中国和平崛起道路的曲折性和长期性。 新世纪,中国新一代领导集体正以其睿智的眼光、卓然的魄力,带领中国人民,励精图治,走一条和平崛起道路,构建和谐社会,谱写中华民族伟大复兴的壮丽篇章!更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of new century, China comes up with the policy of peaceful rise which arouses worldwide concerns and produces an significant national and international impact. Peaceful rise is a course in which a country realizes the relative elevation of national position and influence internally and externally by the peaceful means(channels)rather than the violent and the warring. China’s peaceful rise theoretically summarizes the developing practice of Chinese society since the reform and opening up, forcefully responses to the following large numbers of national and international difficulties, profoundly reflects the course in which China realizes the relative elevation of national position and influence internally and externally by the peaceful means(channels)rather than the violent and the warring, embodies the principle of sovereignty in international law, Chinese national essence, tradition of the foreign policy, ethnic nature, cultural character, which accords with Chinese basic situation and has a valid and reasonable quality. China’s peaceful rise is a grand strategy in basic significance which has an extraordinarily productive and profound connotation and a great theoretical and practical significance. China’s peaceful rise is a necessary way to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, is a choice of time and itself, is a historical necessity. Practice proves that it is being praised and acknowledged by more and more individuals, organizations, countries in the world. However, China is the biggest socialist and developing country in the world, still exists the large numbers of developing difficulties of large scale, which determines the twisting and long quality of China’s peaceful rising way. In new century, a new generation of Chinese leaders is leading Chinese people, exerting themselves, striding on the way of peaceful rise, constructing the harmonious society, composing the spectacular pages of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation with their wise look and remarkable glamour!更多还原
