嵌入式WEB测控系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 嵌入式测控系统是当前工业自动化测控应用领域研究的热点之一,随着微电子技术和微处理器制造工艺的提高以及网络技术的飞快发展,使得构建基于Web的嵌入式远程测控系统能够得以实现,这样的远程测控系统可以直接通过TCP/IP 网络协议接入Internet 实现远程测控。从而可以真正实现不受时间、地域限制的远程测控系统。本文基于当前的应用形势和前景,提出了一种基于ARM 处理器的嵌入式B/S模式的远程数据采集系统。主要介绍了嵌入式Web 服务器工业控制领域的设计开发以及嵌入式Linux 操作系统在测控系统中的具体应用。以一般系统硬件组成为基础,深入阐述了嵌入式操作系统uClinux 的功能特点,及在特定的应用设计中的操作系统的启动引导、移植、驱动程序的开发、上层应用程序设计以及在uClinux 环境下图形界面设计的基本概念和方法。最后在通用平台的基础上,开发了一个基于Internet 的远程温度数据采集系统,分析了将基于ARM 处理器的嵌入式B/S 采集控制系统应用到现场设备的可行性。设计了对温度检测的主要硬件系统,并设计了以uClinux 为嵌入式操作系统核心的软件系统。该基于ARM 处理器的嵌入式B/S 温度监测系统在实验室模拟环境中实现了预期的远程测试功能和效果。本文的特点是将工业以太网和嵌入式系统两方面新技术有机地结合起来,研究成果对于高端嵌入式系统在工控领域的应用和工业以太网技术的推广具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The embedded Measurement and Control system are researching hotspot in modern Measurement & Control fields at present. With the improvement of micro-electronics and manufacturing technology of micro-processor, building a web based remote Measurement and Control system becomes easier. Such system can pass the TCP/IP network agreement to connect into the Internet to carry out remote Measurement and Control directly. It can be free from the time and region restrict to remote measure and control. According to the situation and foreground, This paper put forward a kind of data acquisition system of B/S pattern which is based on embedded system, with emphasis on software and hardware design on the basis of ARM microprocessor and an open resource code OS, uClinux. And this article introduces the operate system boot loader, transplant and device drivers. Application programs and GUI (graphical user interface) are developed under the environment of uClinux. Based on the general platform, this thesis developed an integrated instrument for measuring temperature, analyzed the possibility that the system applies to the spot equipments. This system based on web and ARM microprocessor. Main hardware and software of temperature test and control system was designed. The software includes the data acquisition and data processing. The system carried out the remote test function and anticipant results in the laboratory environment. Characteristic of this paper was associated with an innovative combination between Industrial Ethernet and embedded system. Result of this research provided a valuable reference for application of high performance embedded system in industrial control field and popularization of Industrial Ethernet.
