云南电力技术监督管理信息系统数据库设计与实现

【摘要】 管理信息系统以其网络化的管理模式,强大的数据存储、查询、分析和处理功能,在各行各业中得到了广泛应用,同样也是电力行业信息化建设的重要环节。而数据库则是管理信息系统(MIS)的核心,在电力行业,由于其业务复杂,数据量大,数据库相对复杂,如何构建高效率的数据库系统是当今一个重要的研究课题。 本论文基于数据库设计基本理论,采用计算机辅助设计方法,以Powerdesigner作为辅助设计工具,设计并实现了云南电力技术监督管理信息系统(MIS)的数据库,对其中的关键技术诸如:数据库的安全性、完整性、数据库的优化、备份和恢复做了进一步的探讨。在数据库部署上,引入先进的计算机集群技术,基于IBM pSeries 630小型机,以B/S(Brower/Server)体系结构,构建了高可用性集群数据库服务器,并研究了云南电力技术监督管理信息系统数据库在集群数据库服务器上部署的主要技术,包括共享磁盘阵列、存储区域网络(SAN)、部件级冗余、高可用性集群多处理(HACMP)技术等。后台数据库管理系统(DBMS)采用基于AIX平台的Oracle9i数据库,论文对数据库在集群环境下的自启动、自关闭、自切换以及自动备份也做了深入的探讨,并具体运用在该数据库系统上。 实践表明:这些技术的应用有效提高了整个数据库系统的可靠性、容灾性,保障了数据库系统24×7连续、稳定运行。目前以该数据库系统支撑的云南电力技术监督管理信息系统(MIS)在该省各市、地、州运行稳定,效果良好。
【Abstract】 Manage Information System(MIS) have made full application in every walk of life for its network manage pattern. MIS have powerful capability of data storage, query, analysis and transact. It has become the important part of Electric Power Information and the database is the core of the MIS. Today, how to structure high efficient database are the important research items in Electric Power trade for the excessive data, complex operations and data.Applying computer-assistant design, and making use of the tools of Powerdesigner, the paper have designed and implemented the database of Electric Power Technology Supervisory Manage Information System in YunNan province on basis of general database design theory. On the one hand, the paper discussed the key technology such as the security and integrity of database, optimizing the database, as well as database backup an recovery. On the other hand , as to the deployment of database, the paper introduce the advanced technology of Computer Cluster , and structure the High Available cluster database server on basis of IBM pSeries630 and Brower/Server(B/s) frame. Some key technology on imployment have been researched which includes the sharing Disk Array, the Storage Area Network(SAN), components redundancy, and High Availability Cluster Multi-Processing/6000(HACMP) etc.. The background DataBase Manage System (DBMS) are 0racle9i on AIX platform. The paper also farther expound the technology of database self- startup, self-close, self-switch and self-backup under the circumstances of cluster, moreover ,these technology has been applied the database system.The practice have show that these technology enhance the relaibiliy and the ability of contain errors of the system, as well as to ensure the system running constantly and stablely with 24X7. Up to present, the Electronic Power Technology Supervisory MIS under support of the database system has been running stablely and effectively in every city, prefecture and state in this province.
