论建设中国特色社会主义的治国方略

【摘要】 在治国方略上,“法治”、“德治”的思想源远流长,两者间的争论也从未休止过。中国共产党在领导全国人民建设中国特色的社会主义,实现全面建设小康社会的目标,实现社会主义现代化的目标的进程中,必须要有正确的治国方略作为指导,而实行“法德兼治”就成为实现此目标的最佳选择。尤其在当前全面建设小康社会的重要阶段,“法治”和“德治”都具有特别重大的意义,这两者达到的高度是衡量全面建设小康社会目标是否达成的两个重要标准;两者的结合对推进我国新世纪的改革、发展、稳定,实现中华民族的伟大复兴和长治久安,也具有重大而深远的指导意义。但是对两者的结合,有人倡言其利,有人忧虑其弊,如何解决这些问题?怎样才能使之相映生辉,在建设中国特色社会主义事业的进程中发挥巨大的作用?都需要我们对二者及其关系有一个较为全面的认识和把握。基于此,本文从哲学和法理学的角度着眼,系统而深入地论述了两者辩证统一、相结合的历史渊源、理论基础、现实意义、实施途径以及在实践操作中应注意的几个问题,力图澄清人们在此问题上的认识不足和认识误区,力争能够起到一种现实指导作用,以对建设中国特色社会主义的事业有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the tactics of administering country, The thought is a distant origin and a long development of ruling by law and ruling by morality, The dispute of its is always not stop. The communist party of china lead the whole people to construct socialism of the Chinese Characteristics, realize the goal of a overall fairly well-off society, realize the goal of socialist modernization. In this progress, we should choice the right tactics of administering country to conduct our undertaking, This is a best kind of selection of implementing the close unity of ruling by law an ruling by morality to realize our goal. So, we should accurately recognize and understand the dialectical unity relation of ruling by law and ruling by mortality. For the above-mentioned reasons, this essay has the angle of philosophy and law in mind, systematic and deepen discussing the historical, the theoretical base, the realistic meaning, the enforcing approach of the unity of them. At the same time, we also pay attention to several problems in practice. We try hard to clear up humans’misunderstanding in this problem, strive for have a kind of guiding effect in the progress of constructing socialism of the Chinese Characteristics.更多还原
